They do deliver products and are largely decent, but product quality varies as well as the visual accuracy of the item. For the price however, it is worth it in most cases. Expect a slightly longer delivery time as you have to factor in production in most cases. Products are made by third parties and thus is responsible for any issues listed. I believe the business means well.

Amazing communication!

Decently fast shipping, considering the location, tracking worked the whole way! Did not receive an item but they made it right and sent me a new one! Will do business again.

The items I ordered showed up in good condition and on time, so I'm pleased with that. However, I would put a small word of caution to anyone ordering body pillows: double-check the design after changing the pillow material. I got a different design than the one I wanted due to this oversight. I still got one of the designs I was thinking about getting, so I didn't send it back, but it was a surprise to see a different design than the one I thought was going to show up.

Items were as described, packaged carefully and shipping time wasn't bad. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is that I made a mistake and had the wrong address listed for shipping. I realized my error and contacted support asking to change it as my order had not shipped yet, I got no response from support until the day after my order shipped, apologizing and saying that it was too late. Luckily the incorrect address was someone I was able to have ship it to my correct address, but if the request had simply been answered in time that wouldn't have been necessary.

Product quality was amazing and the options of merch is also that but the time it took to arrive was alot longer than anticipated.

I've been surprised by the quality of the items I bought. That was a good experience and I'll probably buy again later. Please make a iroi body pillow , we REALLY need that, please iroi !

The seller provided excellent service; when I received a damaged acrylic stand, they sent a replacement.

Ordered a pillow case and pillow insert… I got the pillow case but 2 weeks later still no pillow insert, I STILL havent recieved it yet, I also didnt get a track n trace, nothing, so no way to track anything or knowing where it is… I will adjust this review if I still recieve what I order…

EDIT: After 2 months package finally arrived, took this long duo the size of the package! Everything in the package was clean and looking very beautiful! Worth the wait!

Package arrived in one piece exactly what i ordered im happy 5/5 would purchase again

First things first, the most important part is that the item actually arrived at my doorstep (I ordered a Lacrimosa phone charm). The tracking number provided didn’t work for its journey from China to Canada. But when Canada Post got my package the tracking number was usable. It arrived in pristine condition with no damage whatsoever.

However, the phone charm did not have the black thread connected to it that’s used to tie it to a phone case like advertised. Rather, it had a keychain hook that is too thick to fit into any holes in the side of a phone case.

Luckily for me, I had one from a different phone charm and I was able to swap them and tie it to my phone case, but this would be a major issue for those who ordered and don’t have a spare threaded loop.

The quality of the phone charm is pretty good. The print is high quality and the acrylic seems durable enough. Though I am confused as to why the print wasn't protected in a layer of acrylic. Its exposed on one side which risks chipping of the print over time. Eventually the design would be ruined if left as is. Take this with a grain of salt, but i think all acrylic keychains and charms are like this.

My solution would be to put a piece of tape over the exposed side to add a protective layer over the design, preventing everyday wear and tear.

Overall, a good experience for me. However, tracking numbers, accuracy of the item advertised and item quality needs to improve.
