Total scam , been taking money off me and two sets arrived in space of few days -
Will alert Amex not to pay but really can’t find a way of stopping this , I never signed up for subscription SCAM !!!

Subscription SCAM alert. I signed up for one set of products which took months before it was shipped to me and I was automatically signed up for a subscription. By the time I figured out what was happening, they sent me three shipments for $69 each time. Despite having a 30 day refund policy for unopened, unused products, if they are purchased under the subscription, there are no refunds or returns of any kind. Despite reaching out and explaining what had happened, they stood firm with their no refund policy on subscriptions. I threw away 2 sets of this JUNK. Do not get suckered. Ever since this experience, I have stopped making any social media beauty product purchases. I just assume all of them are SCAMS!!

Never order from this company I've been fighting with them trying to get my money back they said I clicked on the subscription which I didn't and so far I've gotten six bottles and $120 later I can't even use the stuff it breaks my skin out so I don't know who or why or where I would like to talk to a live person not getting emails continuously

Do not order from this company, they will sign you up for a subscription and take months, after I initiated the cancel via the website, to actually cancel it. In the mean time I received another 2 months of product and costs which they will not refund me for after many emails back and forth.

I ordered and it took 1.5 months to get the product. I signed up for a monthly subscription but they said it was weekly and charged me immediately after I ordered. I repeatedly told them to refund my card and they wouldn’t. SCAM

The company is a very horrible company with no dignity,i see them as scammer,i order the rice face peeling cream,within a week they placed another order without my knowledge and lied that i made subscription for another,just within one week of one delivery and i contact them not to force their product on me that i did not place any order and again the product is not good for my skin,but they proceeded with the shipment and no is delivered yet,this is a terrible experience ,that a company with a good reputation would ever want their customer go through,Nucell beauty co should be banned from operating because they are not trustworthy and not loyal to the public.They do not care about their customer interest,they are just out to reap people off their money.No intergrity at all. The one star i ticked was a mistake,they do not deserve any star from the experience i had with them.i tried cancelling the star,but it wasnt going off.l rated them zero.

THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU (THEY SAY YOU ARE PART OF A SUBSCRIPTION) MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT. When you e-mail them, they don't answer or respond. If I could give 0 stars I would.

SCAM. Same as all other comments, lure you in with a buy one get one free and then secretly sign you up for a subscription. There is no mention of subscription even in the order confirmation emails, so they are clearly hiding it. I caught mine just before they started doing a DAILY subscription renewal. Disgusting company.

I believe the company is a scam,they set you up on auto enroll and send out 6 packs very quickly whilst charging your card and then they respond to the cancellation email 4 weeks later, there is no other way of contacting them, do not use them.

Do not buy, you order the two for one, and just get one, you get signed up for a subscription that you didnt select, there is no tick box when you place the order, or it has been well hidden that you cant see it.

Scam
Purchased a product on discount, payment taken for £15, then 6 days later they took another £30 out of my bank account for something I did not order. They then told me I had signed up to a monthly subscription (six days later is not a month) and told me that as the order had been confirmed and shipped no refund. Challenged this as showed them that I had challenged the purchased the day BEFORE it was shipped and therefore as per their own rules I am due a refund-No response from them and the email address seems to have gone down now

To Whom It May Concern,

You have taken £38.00 and £54.08 from my account without delivering the products and without my consent. This is unacceptable and illegal.

I do not want these products. I demand both amounts be refunded to my account immediately, today. Do not attempt to contact me with excuses, do not send the items, and do not ever charge me again.

If the refunds are not processed immediately, I will:

Report this as an unauthorized transaction to my bank.

Escalate formally to consumer protection authorities.

Leave detailed public reviews warning others of this conduct.

I expect confirmation of the refunds today. No delays. No excuses.

The products eventually arrived, but the customer service was terrible, so I'm setting to 2 stars now.
Someone eventually replied to the email and gave the usual 'your purchase came with a subscription etc' even though I explain that I had unselected it. They did at least say they are cancelling future renewals and I have not had additional charges. But it is ridiculous to have charged me twice a good 20 days before the first order arrived.

Still cannot access the website or my account to confirm no more subscriptions.

I have also requested a block with my credit card and issued a dispute for both charges.

Same problem others have had. Ordered the product as a one off purchase and definitely didn’t click the subscription button as I thought I’d want to see how good the product was first. Within a week they took another payment before I’ve even received the first lot. This is a scam company. I didn’t bother trying to contact them and luckily I used my credit card who’ve refunded the second payment and said they’ll block all further attempts for payment. Scam company avoid at all costs.

Bought their rice scrub two pack on a subscription (it was cheaper). It was supposed to be a 30 day subscription. I ordered on January 25th, before I could even try the product they charged me AGAIN on Feb 1st and would not refund my money.

I placed what I believed was a one-off order. Only five days later, a second charge appeared without any advance notice. I was then informed that I had been enrolled into an “auto-ship” subscription that was not clearly disclosed at checkout.

Cancellation requires contacting support after the charge has already been taken, and refunds are refused even when the customer did not knowingly agree to recurring payments. This is a deceptive subscription setup and explains the number of similar reports here.

In addition, while I received a shipping notification, the tracking number shows that the product has not moved for several days, raising further concerns about fulfilment.

This is not a customer mistake. It is a pattern of misleading billing and handling practices.

I had to block the merchant through my bank and initiate a chargeback to prevent further debits and recover the money.

If you have been affected, I strongly recommend reporting this to your bank and to consumer protection bodies, as well as monitoring your account closely for repeat charges. I would advise avoiding this company.

I bought their products for £37.18 from their website after following their advert on YouTube on 29 January 2026. Then to my horror on Tuesday 3 February they sent an order confirmation email for £52.51. I immediately emailed them to tell them I didn't order it and to cancel the order. They told me i "enrolled in our Auto-Ship & Save subscription program, which is why a second charge occurred". I told them they hadn't even delivered the first order from 5 days ago how then were they sending a second order in less than a week. These lot are scammers. Please do not use their website. I reported their ad to YouTube who told me there is nothing wrong with it. It's disgusting that Nucell Beauty violate people in such a way. I guess this is how scammers operate.

Guys please do not ever buy anything from YouTube, tiktok, Instagram shops. It's a hustle. I am waiting for my bank to investigate this.

Fake company, I have emailed trying to cancel the order. Instead they charged me again.

The website does not have capacity for cancelling a subscription service. I did not sign up for, you can only message them and request it.

I have emailed and had no response. I’ve had to cancel my bank card and request a new one just to stop being charged

Further to this I think it’s ridiculous that any company would send something a week ago haven’t even delivered it and then claim that you’ve selected subscription without any confirmation in any emails, I’m sending another one within a week before the original order has even been delivered

Do not order from this website. It is a scam. They will also not accept returns even though their website states no hassle returns. If you make a purchase you will automatically be enrolled in a subscription and it will start 2 days after your first purchase at full price for a product you probably won't want. It looks dodgy and I will not put it on my face especially after knowing they are doing business to scam people.
