Total scam. Ordered it once and 3 shipments and charges appeared on my credit card. Cancel subscription almost impossible. Buyer beware!!

If I could give zero stars, I would.
This is a cautionary tale. Nobody should ever buy from them ever.! on Instagram it just looks like you’re buying one product but actually they’re pushing you into a subscription that you didn’t even know you were having. Next, they’ve taken over £100 out of my bank account.
Never buy from them they are disgusting fraudulent scamming company beware of them on Instagram and other social platforms!!!

Please Note: This is a company using the same name but different spelling. This is not the canadian company Nucelle. All this online shopping has done is open up a massive graud industry and despite being told its safe and secure, it is not. Nothing online is safe or secure. These crooks fraudulently set up a reoccurring billing on a product I tried. They have been notified by email and by phone to desist.
I would strongly suggest not to deal with this company. They are deceptive and thus far shown no attempt to resolve this situation. I will never order through nucell again, absolutely horrible to deal with! Be warned.

Total scammers. Do not buy anything from this company. Learned my lesson always research before getting anything from facebook.

This is the only line I've found that does not irritate my skin or break me out. They have a system for normal/dry and another for normal/oily, I am able to use all products in the line for dry skin with no problem. Also, the luminosity of my skin has increased - slightly, but it has (and at 50+, I'll take ANY luminosity, let's be serious!) Last but not least, I have received personal help on any issue I've had with them. One time the website was acting up, and I got a call after business hours in an effort to correct the problem, for example. Another time I asked for shipping help and they did everything they could to expedite. Great people and a great product, glad I found this company!

Toner is the best and I have used many products over the years!

It took over a week for my order to be processed which was frustrating but once it was it shipped quickly. Disappointed that the SPF moisturizer is still out of stock.

Ordered on line Jan 21 and Jan 28 received two emails about rating the product and service. It was strange that I have not received my order and email to find out eta. The next day email replied to me that the order was on its way Feb 2 and Feb 4 received my order. This was not the first time I have problem with this company. Two years ago they accused me of not paying the previous order and refused to ship the order to me. I wasted two hours going through my credit card statement to prove to them my payment record. Another time they send me the 15% mandelic acid instead of 10% which caused my skin to burn like crazy. I had to take a picture to show how bad my skin condition was. They said that the label was wrong but if it was I am sure there were other complaints already. Anyway the service is terrible.

I ordered over 1 week ago and have not received any word other than "order was received." I'm very disappointed on the lack of communication and slowness of processing my order.

I like how Nucelle makes my skin feel so soft.

I tried a sample of the facial cleanser and I am hooked. Now I'm going to try the glacial clay, scrub, anti-oxidant, toner and 10% serum. And I know what to get my female friends for Christmas! Highly recommended.
