Waardeloze return policy, waarbij je EUR 12 moet betalen voor een pakketje van 1 broek. En dat ook nog eens met een Bmerk vervoerder die nergens een hub heeft. Daarnaast komt je pakket aan in een soort afgedankte plastic zak die lijkt op een vuilniszak. Toen ik customer service over de hoge kosten en niet klantvriendelijke vervoerder contacteerde, kreeg ik weinig toenaderends terug. In de winkel waren ze overigens wel heel aardig! Vooral niet online bestellen!

Overpriced for what they are. Bought a pair of their ever black jeans and it faded in less than 30 wears, talked to the reps about this and they said it was normal

Can’t support a company that does false advertising and won’t even remotely try to help long term customers

Nudie jeans are not eco friendly!
Wanted me to make two 10 hour round trips to get my jeans repaired as stated on their website.
Jeans were bought online and shipped to me but I can ship them to a repair center.
So jeans go in the bin as not cost affective. False advertising at its best!

Hållbara, sköna, snygga. Jag har just köpt mitt tredje par jeans från Nudie. De första höll i tolv år. De blir bara skönare med åren.

I bought the jeans its not sewn evenly .

First up, I’ve got lots of Nudie jeans and they’ve been my go to for years. Not anymore!
I ordered a pair of jeans Grim Tim, always been my model I’d go for. I think they’ve changed the pattern and add that to fact that I have cancer now my body has changed. So I sent them back, which I had to pay for which is bit of a cheek to be honest. Your jeans are not cheap!
There was no update on my return, so I had to contact them. Slightly unprofessional on their part.
When I got a response from Mike. Mike was pretty patronising to be honest and told me that my refund wasn’t that important because they’ve got the sale on!
This is not my problem Mike! It’s yours mate! Get someone to press that button and give me the refund!

I don't know how they can justify their jeans but charging 140+ for jeans that have uneven legs is atrocious and a joke. Even in the sale price it's not worth it. I bought 4 different pairs through John Lewis so I didn't have deal with the poor customer service issues with the company directly, but every pair was asymmetrical.

Leider ist die Qualität im Vergleich zu anderen Marken echt schlecht. Waren nach weniger als 1 Jahr schon durch...andere Jeans, die ich ein vielfaches öfters getragen habe, halten mir bereits seit mehreren Jahren ohne Anzeichen von Auflösung.

Ich bin äußerst unzufrieden mit meiner Bestellung bei Nudie Jeans. Ich habe die Jeans zurückgeschickt, jedoch wurde mir eine Gebühr von 10 Euro abgezogen. Dies wurde auf der Website nicht angegeben. Ich erwarte eine vollständige Rückerstattung und bitte um eine Klärung dieses unzulässigen Abzugs.”

Love nudie jeans. Delivery has always been quick and colours and fit as expected. I have bought a few pairs over the years and the only place I buy jeans from!

EIGHT pounds to return a pair of jeans that didn't fit me is an absolute joke.
You are making money from your clothes not fitting properly! It does not cost that much to post a small parcel, you are profiting from this. Disgusting.
The ironic thing is I was planning to exchange for another size. I'll take my business elsewhere and I strongly recommend you do too.

Total scam - overpriced and non matching size and quality is cheapest denim out there. They sent out questionnaire about how they did and of course critical review didn't lead to anything!

Plutôt bonne qualité. Jean acheté il y a un peu moins de 2 ans, et il n’a pas bougé.
J’en avais un par contre, acheté précédemment qui contenait de l’elasthane, qui a fini par s’abîmer plus rapidement que prévu, et comme le disent d’autres commentaires, le service de réparation est malheureusement peu accessible, donc j’ai dû m’en séparer, de toute façon la taille était devenue juste...
Mais au global, j’ai quand même une bonne expérience de cette marque.

Hello everybody. This shop is better to avoid. Wrong sizing, disaster customer service ( robot enswer) and after the period of 10 working days to return the money. NO ENSWER. NO MONEY BACK.

The products are expensive and very bad quality. Worst then product form poor China sites.

Badly advertised sizes. Awful customer service. Awful delivery. Item received 4 days late despite £10 delivery fee. Unable to return immediately (you have to wait 1-2 business days for them to review). And you’re expected to pay £8 to return them.

This company is A JOKE.

Worst non breathable jeans on the planet. Do not buy on line these jeans don’t fit traditional sizes nor once worn or tried to wear…. Couldn’t even fit over my hips wouldn’t return . Basically took 240 dollars and burned it with a lighter DO NOT BUY YOULL REGRET IT

Great company and products, 20 years A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

My brand new pair of rad rufus jeans got a fabric tear after 3 months.
Fortunately the retailer I bought them from Jeanstore was extremely understanding and refunded the them after 3 months.
Nudie Customer service however acted very unprofessionally in email conversation and even ignored the last email I sent them.
First and last pair of jeans I will buy from Nudie..

The jeans themselves were really disappointing. Lost their shape very quickly and tore in several places nearly as fast.
Their 'free repairs' thing seems to be more marketing gimmick than moral environmental policy. You have to make a journey you probably otherwise wouldn't to one of their few and far between locations for an in person repair. I think they have figured out it sounds great and in reality most people won't take it up because of the faff factor. Also these free repair kits don't seem to be a thing any more in reality.

Helt otroligt! Är en återkommande kund hos nudie och alltid varit nöjd. MEN ALDRIG IGEN.

Beställde hem ett par jeans som jag inte var nöjd med. Sedan informerade jag att de Känndes använda eftersom att papperslappen som satt där bak var lös och jeansen saknade andra lappar som man brukar få med.

Då nekar nudie min retur, observera endast är prövade av mig. Detta vore inte vara möjligt för dem att göra!
