Är besviken. Köpte mina första Nudie - Grim Tim. Redan efter tre-fyra månader efter varsam användning blev det två stora hål i grenen i det tunna tyget. Och det var inte ens på slitytorna.

Så... riktigt dålig kvalitet, och riktigt ohållbart. Och deras reparationsservice fungerar inte heller. Usel, Nudie. Går att köpa bättre noname-jeans på ICA.

Ich habe innerhalb von zwei Jahren zwei verschiedene Jeanspaare gekauft, weil ich selbst nach einer ersten schlechten Erfahrung an das Produktversprechen glauben wollte. Bei beiden Modellen (hell und dunkel) gab es nach wenigen Wochen starken Verschleiß und nach Monaten waren sie an mehreren Stellen durchlöchert: im Schritt, an der Gesäßtasche, am Knie. Der Support verweist auf Reperaturpartner in Amsterdam oder Berlin. Hilft mir wenig. Ich hatte viel Geld für ein stabiles und nachhaltiges Produkt bezahlt. Leider hält jede 30€ billig Jeans besser. Ob das wirklich Nachhaltig oder Fair ist, wage ich zu bezweifeln.

If you’re in the UK don’t waste your time ordering online. Postage was £10 for a T-shirt, customer services told me some nonsense about the cost being so that customers order less to be more eco friendly or some nonsense, then the package turned up in a plastic bag. Go figure. Returned the parcel only to be charged £8 for the return. So nearly £20 in total for a wasted experience.

Just snagged a pair of Nudie jeans, and holy smokes, these bad boys are killer! Seriously, the quality is off the charts – comfy and stylish like you wouldn't believe.

But it's not just the jeans, it's the whole vibe. Ordering was a breeze, and bam, my package showed up looking all fancy and quick.

What really gets me is that Nudie's all about good vibes and being eco-friendly. That's my jam, and now I'm a Nudie fan for life.

Rock on, Nudie! You've got me hooked. 🙌

Bis Heute habe ich mein Geld nicht erhalten. Seit bisschen weniger als 3 Monaten kämpfe ich mit Nudie Jeans. Trotz PayPal-Fall, mehrmals anschreiben etc nichts gehört. Mir fehlen 340,00€ und keiner kümmert sich drum. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Vor allem nicht bei der Preisklasse. Geht lieber zu Levi's, da habt Ihr mehr von.

Twee broeken gekocht in Friesland. Eerst superblij maar na paar keer wassen vreselijke gedraaide pijp! Zitten nu verschrikkelijk!!! Hoe kan dit toch? Kon niet meer terug naar de winkel want die was opgeheven. Reparatie ook niet mogelijk volgens Nudie Repair store. Ik zit nu met 2 dure broeken die ik nooit meer aan wil doen. Geen Nudie voor mij!

Köpte jeans och strumpor. Som vanligt utmärkt kvalitet och snabb leverans. Extra bra är transparens kring underleverantörer samt att man får gratis lagning. 👍🏻❤️

I’ve had nothing but a great experience with my nudies jeans and I’ve been a customer for many years with still a few pairs and getting free repairs.

Die Qualität von Nudie Jeans ist „untragbar“!
Nähte der Hose lösen sich nach 2 Monaten auf. Stoff reißt da die Hose ungenau verarbeiteter wurde.
Der versprochene Reparaturservice dauert mehr als 7 Wochen und ist lieblos verarbeitet.
Klare Meinung: Hände weg von Nudie Jeans!

Les produits ne ressemblent pas du tout à leur description et on est facturé de 12 euros de frais de retour ! Une arnaque !!

While I like the fit of the jeans, they never last very long and are not inexpensive either. Nudie offers a free repair service which you unfortunately need sooner than you'd think (due to the poor quality) but then they are quite unfriendly and take a long time. The tip of the iceberg is that after taking forever, they send you an e-mail threatening that they will keep the jeans if you don't come quickly. And when I came to pick them up, they hadn't done the actual repair :( what a joke. I also tried to get two jeans repaired at the same time (as I don't pass by the shop frequently) but that was rejected, too. Switching away from Nudie!

Poor, indifferent service dished up with an unpleasant attitude. My wife and I travelled in to London specifically to visit the store in Monmouth St. we arrived at 10:35, the signs are quite clear with regard to opening times - 10am and on this occasion there was no sign to suggest anything different. We tried calling no answer. We saw someone entering the store who said they would open soon - v impolite and dismissive. We came back at just after 11 and this time knocked the door - again very dismissive and indifferent - and the reason for not opening - they were doing a stock take!! Having read other reviews there is clearly a problem with this store - don’t bother , they don’t deserve your business !

Jeans are decent quality it seems. I have one pair of breezy britt that are a pretty good fit. Ordered another pair in supposedly the same size and there's two inches spare at the waist. Had to return at my own cost. Would expect better for the price.

£8 to return jeans, sold to you as a requirement ‘for environmental reasons’. What a load of old cobblers

Wer auf der NUDIE INTERNETSEITE landet könnte dem Eindruck verfallen ein rundum tolles Produkt gekauft zu haben und dass diese Firma ihre Kunden grundsätzlich lieb hat und sich um Probleme mit Ihrem Produkt sehr kümmert! So. Und jetzt setzt die Realität ein: ich habe mir 3 Stück NUDIE JEANS im Wert von ca. 480,- Euro gekauft. Nach ca. 3 Tagen ist die erste Hose gerissen. Danach habe ich die zweite Hose angezogen und diese ist nach 4 Tagen im Schritt komplett durchgerissen. OK letzter Versuch - dritte Hose angezogen auch diese ist nach 8 Tagen im Schritt voll durchgerissen - ich stand während der Arbeit in der UNTERWÄSCHE da! Ein ganz tolles Produkt dachte ich! Super - dachte ich - kann ja mal passieren: einen Versuch direkt von NUDIE die Gewährleistung anzufordern bzw. den Austausch der Ware zu erhalten wurde von mehreren Mitarbeitern mit COPY AND PASTE eMails abgewiesen: "wir haben nichts mehr mit der vertriebenen Ware zu tun sobald die Hosen bei dem Händler sind" So, oder so ähnlich war der Tenor der Antworten. NUR der Verkäufer ist ersatzpflichtig! So what?: auf der INTERNETSEITE sieht die heile NUDIE WELT doch ganz anders aus????????
OK. Meine letzte Verzweiflungstat war der Versuch "die Reparatur-KITS" zu bekommen. LEIDER SIND DIESE SEIT MONATEN nicht mehr lieferbar. Hä - ungläubig habe ich mir mehrere Male die Augen bei dieser Meldung auf der Internetseite gerieben.
Mein FAZIT - NUDIE JEANS KANN MAN IN DIE FIRMEN einreihen, die sich GRÜN WASCHEN. Werbung - Marketing bei dieser Firma hat nichts mit der gelebten Wahrheit zu tun. Viele KÄUFER von NUDIE JEANS in Deutschland teilen sicher meine Meinung. NUDIE JEANS sind für den MÜLLEIMER und das schon bereits ab dem ersten Tage, wo man sie gekauft hat.

Bought black jeans. Was told color would fade if I kept things in the pockets. I never did this.

Then I washed them inside out. Shook them out, then air dried them. Now they have white lines running down the legs. I was told by post sales customer support in-store and online that I should have hand flattened them while wet...never in my life...and was not told this when I bought them.

Asked for a return/exchange, was told to re-dye at home.

Over £100 for jeans that wears as badly as cheap Gap khakis.

Would not recommend. Will go to Edwin jeans.

Poor quality jeans have not lasted long before the crotch has torn and the stitching has come loose in the pockets. Customers services telling me or a tailor to repair with the kit even though they will just tear again. Not the quality I expected from expensive jeans designed to last. So disappointed and a waste for hard earned saved up money that I used to treat myself to jeans I expected to last a very long time. Lucy and yak jeans far more durable and real quality. All not helpful to the environment making poor quality jeans even if they are guaranteed free repairs for life as won't last that long!

Kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen. Ein Freund hatte mir davon erzählt und da meine Größe im Laden leider im Laden nicht da war und ich sie nicht anprobieren konnte, habe ich sie in zwei Größen bestellt. Eine passte dann und die andere habe ich zurück geschickt. Die 9 € die für jede Rücksendung aus "Nachhaltig" genommen werden waren für mich okay. Auch dass es Ewigkeiten dauert bis man eine Rückmeldung für seine Retoure bekommt, war mir bekannt, wobei ich dann doch überrascht von der Dauer war. Da man ja in Vorkasse geht. Dann wurde mir per Email mitgeteilt, dass noch 10 € für das wieder anbringen der Schilder genommen werden. Die waren leider bei der Anprobe abgegangen. Als ich dann schrieb, dass das ganz schön viel sei und das das meines Wissens nach nicht mit dem Deutschen Widerspruch überein geht, wurde ich angemault, dass ich froh sein könnte, wenn sie sie überhaupt zurück nehmen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Als ich jetzt noch mitbekommen habe, dass die auch nach nem Jahr kaputt gehen, kann ich auch jede andere Jeans kaufen und muss nicht 160€ für sie ausgeben. Lasst die Finger davon!
