Ordered a replacement number plates 10/04 however I was thrown out of their website 3 times, finally getting my order through on the 4th attempt,
I then received an email 10/04 advising the plates were on hold as no docs had been sent so I resent them, when I checked my account later I noticed 4 pending amounts. I contacted them 11/04 advising I only required 1 set and to refund the 3 other amounts.
I then noticed I had 2 order numbers, so contacted them by form as no telephone number! advising I only required 1 set of plates so please could they cancel 1 of the orders.
I received confirmation that my order was dispatched on 13/04 and subsequently received 2 sets of plates, I contacted them again to advise they had time to cancel 1 of the orders so why didn't they, have today received another email fobbing me off and advising they wont refund.
Absolutely shocking customer service and I will never use them again.
If their website doesn't throw you out then great if it does AVOID, AVOID, AVOID and go somewhere else.

Do not use this company! They kept asking me to upload documents which I did multiple times and they rejected them each time without explanation. I asked them to call me, they did not call me. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me. They ignore all my e mails.

Paid for a number plate never received, contacted them on several occasions but still no response, customer service rubbish and they still have my money

They took ages delivering the plate which i needed for a trip. Day before the trip still no plate so i had to go to halfords and get one (an hour round trip), then they refused a refund citing the small print. All in all a terrible experience and a waste of money.

Ordered Thursday midday. Delivered Friday at 8.30 am. Great quality plates. Excellent service would definitely use again
