Terrible. Plate has been on 4 months and letters have fallen off already. Frustrating when you thought you were buying premium

Ordered a set of 4D plates for my sons car, customer service team helped with documents I needed and the plates are top quality thanks guys!

Great communication next day delivery in great condition would definitely order again.

From looking at reviews it looks like its a common issue!!

Advertise as next day, 5 days in and still no item!! They told me Royal Mail had lost the parcel, after speaking to Royal Mail, they have never received the item.

Disappointed, communication is shocking and slow.

Still waiting for a refund.

Next day!!! Next 4 days. Cancelled the order as they could not deliver the next day. Disgrace!

Next day plates, yeah expect the next 3-5days. Ordered my plates and they were sent via evri (useless and impossible to contact a real person)

Also paid for the screws and sticky pads, not included either.

Paid for border, didn't get a border. Eventually arrived (not next day) but that wasn't too much of an issue as no rush for me. But the biggest issue is trying to resolve an issue. Them take 2/3 days days after additional prompts. Will issue a charge back with my bank if not resolved quickly.

Definitely not next day. Ordered Sunday evening, not delivered until Thursday. Paid for sticky pads which were never sent. Quality of plates seems decent to be fair. Initial customer service was rapid when asking for v5 details etc, but no reply to question regarding delay of delivery. Have reached out regarding refund for missing parts.

Company name would suggest that you order your plates and get them next day. This is backed up by Tracked 24 shipping.

Plates ordered Monday. Its now Thursday and no plates have arrived.

Company emailed, no offer of refund for shipping or inconvenience or dishonest marketing.

I’d give them a zero if I could. Ordered 6th , now 11th March and no plates or notification of them being sent. Just cancelled and reclaimed payment through bank. No reply to email sent yesterday or this morning either. I’m surprised how this company is still in business.

Ordered late on a Thursday and received Saturday morning. Great service and the place are good quality. Really happy with the price I paid too. Would recommend!

I cannot believe how inept this company are. I ordered a replacement back numberplate with next day delivery as mine fell off when driving. It arrived with half the characters glued on wonkily and half not even attached to the plate. Absolutely farcical. I ended up having to drive half an hour to Halfords and getting a basic replacement.

They told me they would refund me when I returned the plate and sent me a Royal Mail returns label. I took it to the Post Office and then they told me I needed to print it at home; fantastic, another inconvenience. I don't have a printer, so had to wait for the following day when I was at work to do it. I've just taken it to the Post Office again, they scanned the label and it's come up as invalid, so I am still stuck with no refund and this ridiculous numberplate. I've wasted so much of my time on this now, I'm absolutely livid with it. Will be initiating a chargeback with Amex, I have made every reasonable effort to return the useless crap they sent me. Avoid this company like the plague.

Edit: to their credit, they did come back to me first thing this morning to give me a full refund.

Bought plates as a gift for Christmas which arrived Christmas Eve, only to find that they had incorrectly printed the number plate…..Christmas surprise ruined.
Got in contact with them after the Christmas period and was told they would be reprinted and sent asap, but it took 5 days for the replacement plates to arrive. Not the best experience and would consider other companies ahead of these.

Quality of plates are so bad do not order ever from them. Addressed them about it and they never contacted me back. Worst service ever

Easy to order and received quickly. Now my preferred supplier for number plates

Ordered Tuesday 13th Jan for ‘next day delivery’, dispatched 24 hour tracked Wednesday to arrive Thursday.

Didn’t arrive Thursday, waited Friday and Saturday and still no plates. Email support stating Royal Mail’s fault tracking shows their error, however plates needed for insurance so had to go out and buy new ones Sunday due to insurance / DVLA switched over

Now the following Monday still not received, asked to cancel and refund as no longer required and was ignored.

Plates eventually arrived then filling Friday, 9 days after dispatch - definitely not next day! Of course not required 10 days after order they refused to return / refund - ignored emails useless do not order!

£50 gone for plates that are no good as arrived ten days later

Do not use ! No plates, no response!
Total scam, take ££££ and nothing received. No response from customer services. Have to go through bank and apply for refund!
