Lack of transparency while making a purchase

I purchased 1 product online and was charged for that as well as another product that I did not knowingly purchase. When I requested a refund for the 2nd product my request was denied. I think I was "tricked" in some way with the original transaction. Transparency is an integral factor of good customer service. Not happy with this.

Easy to cancel

Found it easy to cancel the subscription. Info available on app under accounts. Emailed them and got a quick reply. Very efficient and courteous.

Error turned into a win-win

I had an error with my subscription and the customer service team quickly came up with alternatives to meet my needs.

I was checking out other fitness apps and I checked this one out.It had a lot to offer. But for me it was a trial by error..The Premium Walking app was a good app ,but I wanted more.Sk now I’m doing another app and I like it and I’m staying with this one

Great app

Great app! I downloaded for the walking but it contains so much more! I ended up starting my journey with fasting and the daily fasting tracker is very handy and so easy to use. Would recommend.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Use the workout on my phone was a problem. They try to help mě many times via different ways, but finally we cancelled it. I think the program and app are actually a good.

Good company, good customer service

This company has excellent customer service. I decided to cancel because I couldn't stream to my TV and following the workout on my phone was a problem. But they cancelled me quickly and easily. I think the program is actually a good one, and I would have stayed with it if I could have put it on my TV.

REFUSAL TO CANCEL SUBS AFTER CANCELLATION VIA SUPPORT AT NUTRIMATE

As all the others, I followed the guidance given to me by Nutrimate Fit. I contacted support on September 28, 2025 via the email provided by them (the support email address that they provided on their website, and they have charged me for October, November, December 2025, and January, and February 2026. I sent them an email on March 3, 2026 to that effect ATTACHING THE ACTUAL EMAIL FROM September, and their response made absolutely NO SENSE. They said, “we cancelled your subscription and you will not be charged for March…” They failed to even address the copy of the email attached to the original email sent. I SENT THEM A COPY OF THAT SEPTEMBER EMAIL CANCELLING THE SUBSCRIPTION THREE TIMES. I have now submitted all of the emails from them, my email disputing the charges, and the reviews found on this website to my financial institution opening up an unauthorized charge case. Further, i am attaching all of these documents as evidentiary support to the Federal Trade Commission AND the Federal Communications Commission for these irregular business practices. I encourage all who have experienced the same or similar type problems to the FTC and FCC.

No access to platform, have received nothing, and charged me ×3

I did not sign up for a subscription. Deceptive marketing. They charged me 14.99 and 31.78 in September and I never received access to the platform. Then out of the blue on Dec 26th I received another charge for 104.01. These are very odd amounts. Still have received no access to the platform. I wish I would have read the horrible 1star reviews to begin with. I am requesting a refund of the 104.01 and clarification on why there were 2 charges in September 2025.
