My husband order @$100 worth of products for the pond in May 2026. We kept waiting on order. We were able to find an email address n contacted them about where the order was. We received an email back that it was delivered n handed to resident. Advised to check neighborhood or talk with USPS who was the delivery service. Unfortunately no one in neighbor was given product so to the post office we went. The postmaster stated that product was delivered but not to our address. It was delivered to another address across town. The company had put our name but different address. We emailed back multiple to company explaining that it was their mistake USPS had delivered to address on package. Finally we received a response telling us to put in a claim with delivery carrier it was not their mistake. Now we can’t even get a response back from them . We did put in a report to BBB. We were told it was probably a scam. Be careful. Do not buy from this company.

This was a complete joke! I don’t believe they care about their customers! No way to contact anyone. I ordered NutriVibeHive pond cleaner! It came from overseas & took forever & it just said Ordered from July 13 Finally said Delivered at or near mailbox. My husband watches for the mail every day & there has not been any delivery. See no way I can contact anyone & I have nothing but they have my money! Don’t order!

Ordered product on July 11th, today is July 27th and still no product. Apparently item shipped from China????

Bought 4 bags of this pond cleaner. Added one bag and nothing. So added tye 3 other bags and still nothing. They said they sent a refund but never did. Don't believe the video they posted. It doesn't work.
