Took well over a month before I even got my first email letting me know they where shipping the glasses. The glasses themselves are unwearable and you cant see anything thru them. Took two weeks for "customer service" pathetic to get back to me about a return. Horrible company to deal with.

This is a total scam. The glasses are useless and do not do what is advertised. Do not buy from this company. The website gives an address in Wyoming. But when attempted to return the glasses was told I would have to ship them back to China. Or I could keep the glasses( which are useless) and they would give me a 50% off coupon for my next order. Like I would even consider ordering anything else from this company

These glasses are horrible!!! They hurt your eyes and dry them out. You are better off with glass bottles. I sent an email to contact@summitopticsco. to get a return and refund 5 days ago but have not received a reply.

WARNING, do not buy from this company a complete scam. Absolutely disgraceful. Be aware you have been warned.

The glasses I ordered are rubbish, I returned them, this is not to USA but another false CHINA company, I am trying to get a refund but the returned glasses are lying in limbo at the Chinese customs apparently awaiting taxes to be paid. Do not fall for their false advertising on social media, you will lose you money.
I have been in contact with an "Allice" on emails that has been responsive but not helpful, I will take this as "School Fee's" as I keep telling my wife do not fall for the social media adverts, they are all a scam!!!

Totally useless, had better products out of Xmas crackers, don’t reply to emails so impossible to start a return for refund.
Glasses do absolutely nothing only completely blur your vision at any distance

The company offered so much but delivered terribly.
I received the glasses just wrapped in bubble wrap not even in a box. They looked unscathed so I tried them on only to find they are so blurry I can't see near or far.
I contacted the company and after 5 days they replied saying I could send them back but I would have to pay postage or I could keep them and 50% back. I opted to get the 50% back.
It turns out it's 50% store credit. WHAT THE HECK IS THAT ABOUT.
I have now told them I want to return them for a full cash refund. I will probably have to wait another 5 days for a reply. This company is terrible. Total rip off.

These glasses do not help with your vision they are unbelievable bad quality, i actually laughed when I opened the plastic bag they arrived in, they are worthless please don't waste your money, they are preying on people with sight loss

Do not buy they sent me the wrong glasses and will not refund my account on PayPal the phone number is wrong and they won’t refund they want me to pay to send back to China really there. Faulty and won’t stand behind their policies horrible customer service

Their multifocal glasses are just reading glasses nothing else. They do not follow their own returns policy or the UK distance selling directive and will not give a refund or provide returns label. . All UK platforms should take down this sales site now. Very foolish purchase on my part.

Beware they are fraudulent scammers. Goods are not as advertised. Advertised as a German firm, product, it finally arrived wrapped in bubble wrap, no case. Cheap Chinese glasses, no photochromic lens, looked awful.
When asked about returns I was eventually given some address in China. 4th building, 2nd elevator, 3rd floor.
And surprisingly enough the returned parcel never arrives.
Total scammers.
If I could rate them lower I would.

Ordered via a link on YouTube one pair £27.
They offered another pair for a discount stupidly fell for it order 2 £45
They sent me a confirmation email detailing order, the 2nd pair totally different I emailed immediately stating I didnt want the second pair and if you couldn't do 2 pairs of exactly the same, then cancel the entire order. They emailed saying it's okay.The second pair is orange!
I repeated I wanted the order cancelled... no reply , then they took the money from my bank account. Checked on here realised id been scammed.
Sent another confirmation again I repeated the order had been cancelled please refund.
No reply.
Going through my bank to try to cancel payment. May have to cancel card to be certain they can't use again.

For every person here whose been scammed, there is a legitimate company who is allowing them to use their platform to give them an air of legitimacy to pedal their con.

Will approach youtube
To try to at least make them aware.

Not holding out much hope.youtube like Facebook will do anything for money and are obviously complicit...

Glasses just don't work! They do none of the things advertised, tried contacting to return, no response. I logged on to Paypal to raise a dispute and found that they'd set up a recurring payment of £27.00 Not quite sure how long for but I've cancelled it, this was without my knowledge! Complete and utter frauds! AVOID

The glasses do not adjust to light as they claim in the advert. Emails with 'Alice' do not answer my questions about it. I'm tending to agree with others here that the product is a scam and should be avoided.

They're return policy is a lie, their website says 30 days, their emails say 14 days, and by the time you start a return enquiry, it goes down to 7 days. The response "unlucky, your time has expired for a refund".

Years of wearing glasses, I ordered a set to try something new. It does not work!

I use long distance prescription and with age, I probably need to update to a bifocal option. This glasses do not work, it is not an option, go a see a proper optometrist or Doctor.

I've been trying to get in touch with this company, had one reply, now silence! Nothing can't get hold of them.

Unable to see clearly at any range with so say self adjusting lenses to all eyesight. Correct age range selected from Web page advert.
Total waste of money.

I ordered the glasses on July 29. I've been unable to contact them multiple times. The glasses have been paid for however, I have not received them. I would like to have Summit Optics contact me about this issue.

I too have been a victim of this scamming company. All reviews are correct useless glasses absolutely no way can I see close up or distance. Absolute waste of over £40 and have emailed 3 times for returns procedure and been ignored. AVOID AVOID AVOID
