nuts never came. they said they would follow up with delivery company but never did. Numerous notes sent and they never provided a refund for an order I never received. They didn't even communicate with my bank. This is a company to stay away from

i ordered $144 worth of nuts and kept waiting for it to ship and tried to contact them by chat and email and never received a response this company is fraudulent stay away i am having to dispute the charge and fight to get my money back they also do not list a phone number to contact them

I ordered some bulk walnuts in the shell along with a couple of different trail mixes, some papaya spears, and some pecans. Everything was fresh, delicious, and had good dates. My order shipped fast. Will be ordering again.

One day shy of two weeks, and my order had yet to ship. I sent request for update and was told very politely that it would be looked into and I would be sent shipping confirmation when available. I never received an email after almost two weeks, so I cancelled order. I am awaiting a refund which has yet to show up on PayPal two days later. Most refunds show up immediately when notified of a cancellation, though take up to 48 hours to clear.

Order for $85 charged immediately and never received.
Emailed the contact on website with no reply.

If you could give a lower star i would...ordered on sept 21 2025 said lable made ready for shipment sept 24 2025 where it still says to this day tried several times to email and text never answered basically they steal your money and you never hear from them so run from this company don't get scammed like so many of us have

Whatever I ordered from in recent years was of great quality for a reasonable price, with no delivery problems, as a matter of fact it usually arrived much sooner than announced. I am a bit surprised by all the negative reviews here, I assume that most of their customers are pretty happy with them just no one asks them to write a review here.
One thing is true though, it is difficult to get to their customer service.

30 days and no product. Recording says text & they reply within 24 hrs( I've texted 11 days in a row with no reply),email multiple times with no response. No refund & no product. Wishing I could be in reach. I want my $, you scamming mfer

ZERO customer service! I have reached out numerous times to Nutrastop on an order, where I only received half of what I ordered. Nutrastop has no way of physically talking to a person. I reached out via email, text, and even left a voicemail message. It has been about a month now with no response back. I would like the money back for half of the order that did not arrive, or communication from them confirming that they have sent the remaining part of my order.

I ordered a product on August 1st 2025 and have yet to receive any response or update on my order. I have reached out 3x with no response. At this point I feel I have been scammed and will no longer purchase anything from them and anyone else should be aware of this company.

I HAVE HAD A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH NUTSTOP.COM ! HOWEVER, MY LAST ORDER THEY FROZE MY CREDIT CARD, BUT NEVER RELEASED IT & MY BANK HAD TO CANCEL THAT CREDIT CARD, AND I HAD TO GET A NEW ONE CAUSING MUCH CHAOS & CONFUSION! I would not recommend! My order was missing several items. I contacted the company and have gotten no response from their email, website or phone regarding my missing items. There is no customer service and the nuts I have sampled so far are stale!

I had place good sized orders with Nutstop a handful of times in the past year. Now the website has twice cancelled orders, but keeping the payment. Customer services is completely unresponsive via phone or email.

I would give this company zero stars if that were possible. I ordered 2 cases of peanuts. After 2 days of no shipping notice, I emailed to ask when my order would ship. No response but I did get a shipping notice from UPS the next day. Unfortunately, only one of the cases was shipped, so again I emailed and again I got no response, but I did get a shipping notice from UPS the next day for the second case. When this case arrived, the box was all beat up and the "case" of peanuts was busted open and there were peanuts all over inside the box. Both cases turned out to be thin plastic bags, not cases. This company never responded to any of my emails and apparently the shipping department is poorly run as well. I just posted this same review on their website and it is pending approval. What you want to bet that it doesn't get posted???

I recently had the pleasure of trying these snacks from Nutstop,and I must say,I was absolutely impressed.As someone who enjoys healthy snacking,finding high quality, flavourful options can be a challenge. But Nutstop exceeded my expectations in both taste and variety. I highly recommend to go and check out there huge selection!!

What they sent me was good, but didn't include 2 items that I paid for. 3 emails to them and no response, finally I got their phone-773-2521044, not available on their site, called and they gave me a refund for the 2 items. Will not order again.

Tried placing and order and it was immediately canceled. The dont answer their phones or return messages. They never responded to emails. I had to file a dispute to get my money back, and now I'm being spammed with order "deals". I beleive this site may be a scam.

I ordered 6 12-oz bags of in-shell almonds for my parrots. One of the bags was fine, but the almonds in the other five bags were of very poor quality. Many of the almonds had no shells at all, and the others had shells that were extremely thin, and that looked as if the outer layer of the shells had been removed. The size of the almonds in the five bags was also quite small compared to the ones in the one decent bag. I wasn't able to deal with the issue right away, and when I did have the time, I discovered that their return policy is quite strict; complaints have to be made within 7 days of receipt, so I now have no recourse. I sent an email of complaint, and I will definitely never shop there again.

I was looking for Large Golden Raisin. They sell it as "Raisins Jumbo Golden Seedless". It arrived packaged in Chili, small golden raisin. Maybe it's good, I didn't open it.
I want to return it. There is no way to reach any of the customer service indicated on there website as to be used for return, either phone or email. And the phone number gives you a weird spiel: woman's screams and loud music.

I tried to order several times, it won't take my credit card and the phone number never works. What's the point in having a company.
