Misleading marketing. ChatGPT responses to emails with no goal of problem solving.

The only reason I ordered was the promise of next day delivery when ordered within the next 6 hours.

I could’ve ordered the product 20% cheaper somewhere else, but ordered because I wanted the product earlier. Paying 20% was ok for me to get the product earlier.

Once ordered, I received a confirmation email stating delivery would take up to 6 days.

So I reached out to customer service. I was met with ChatGPT responses that felt like no interest or care about my experience as a first time buyer.

I stated why I ordered, that their marketing was misleading and all I got back were messages that essentially said:

That’s your problem, you should’ve read the checkout page better.

Won’t give this company another dime. I don’t care how good the product is. If customer “support” behaves like this, I have no intent to ever buy from Nuts.com again.

Always a great experience. Items are in stock. fresh when they arrive and arrive quickly. Highly recommended! (And the boxing is a hoot!

I originally ordered from this company because I was looking for a company that sells yogurt covered peanuts. An item that is normally hard to find.
I decided to try out this company due to their high positive reviews.
My opinions regarding the reviews……that are 100% accurate!! The quality of their products are amazing, the taste couldn’t be any better and they ship and deliver in two days! I just placed my second order!

The products, both nuts and candy, were very fresh and tasty. I ordered a variety of items for Easter and really liked the chocolate covered jelly beans, everything flavored cashews and malted chocolate covered eggs.

I purchased a gift for co worker who had surgery. I have purchased from company once before without issue. The gift arrived per tracking but has never been delivered to recipient. Customer service keeps sending excuses and asking me to wait. After 3 communications with customer service today I was told “unable to deliver package” due to gated community. I’ve requested a refund and now no response from customer service. I do not recommend this company.

Ordering is so easy. Delivery was amazingly fast. Perfect experience.

The pistachios were good but their business practices are shady. You can sign up for a product on a repeat auto order and all of a sudden the price increases almost 80% without any notice. You only find out when you see the charge come thru

The products are great! I love all the chocolate! Pistachios all kind of ways. Highly recommend trying Nuts.com! Their customer service is outstanding too. They answered my question very well and quickly!

My original order was delivered to an address (not mine). I contacted customer service and the issue was immediately resolved. Not only did they replace my lost order but they sent the replacement with a reliable shipper (FedEx) and I received it within a day or two (fresh and very tasty). I will be buying with Nuts.com again.

Order not delivered at all,but in my e-mail box it marked as delivered,confusing messages.

The Nuts.com Care team was incredible, responsive, and eager to help correct two wrong shipment addresses. When one of them could not be corrected, they extended a credit for a future order. I am extremely satisfied!

I love this company. The chocolate covered caramels and cherry’s are way better than anything you can find in a store. Love the old time candies. I have not tried nuts yet but will soon. Yes, they are a little expensive but so far well worth it. At least IMHO.

I made a purchase and I couldn’t find where I had made it. Anyhow, I contacted for help and I received help immediately. The chocolate covered pecans were absolutely delicious. I recommend this company. They have excellent customer service.

The products no matter what product you look at or purchase, they all have high quality ingredients and the nuts are so fresh and wonderful. The chocolate is excellent, both milk chocolate and dark chocolate. The nut selection is unbelievable and also top quality. You can address any holiday on Nuts.com and once you place your order the service you receive, meaning your shipment and getting it to you goes smoothly and very quick.
