Dear Antony,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. While we’re glad to hear that delivery met your expectations, we’re sorry to learn that the timber quality wasn’t what you anticipated—especially when you needed it for an important project.
If the timber remains unused, we’d love the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out to us at sales@nwtt.co.uk or call 01942 720 777, and we’ll arrange a swap to help you stay on schedule.

I have never found a more helpful…
I have never found a more helpful company. From initial call the young lady called me back every time she said she would. supporting me with earliest availability and delivering to my home to help in a crisis. Then to receive the level of care on the Saturday from Josh the manager Scott and Gary the delivery driver. They went out of there way to help me. I have never received such excellent service. Will always use Nwtt now.
