Beautiful Dining Set – Exactly as Advertise
I recently purchased a dining table and chairs from Oak Furniture King and I’m very pleased with the service. Delivery was fast, and I was kept updated throughout, including clear communication on the day of delivery.
The dining table and chairs were exactly as advertised and looked just like the pictures online. The measurements were accurate, which made everything fit perfectly in my space.
Overall, a smooth experience and great quality furniture. I would definitely recommend them.

Poor quality & poorer customer service
I ordered a premium oak dining table and chairs from Oak Furniture King around six months ago, and the experience has been nothing short of unacceptable. Two weeks ago, one of the table legs came loose and completely fell off. For a product sold as high‑quality, this is shocking. I’ve emailed the company several times this week, called repeatedly and left messages asking for someone to get back to me. I’ve had no response at all. The lack of customer service is unbelievable. Because the table is now damaged and I also sustained a leg injury when it collapsed, I’ve had no choice but to appoint a solicitor to pursue compensation. I expected far better from a company selling “premium” furniture. At this point, I cannot recommend them to anyone.

- This is an unprompted review, which we have requested more information on however the original poster has not responded.
- We also originally responded with the above in an attempt to get them to reach out to us which has not happened.
- We have searched our emails and have not received any correspondence regarding anything of this nature.
- We have searched through all our customers orders under the name “Evans” and there are no orders for any form of dining table or rattan table from December 2024 onwards
- We have a working telephone line manned daily between 9am – 5pm Monday to Saturday and 10am – 4pm Sunday with no option to leave a voicemail
- We have received no correspondence or contact from any solicitors
- Our dining tables are made of Solid Oak, the frame of the tables will have a brace which allows for the legs to be securely attached to the table top with 2 bolts to each leg this is uniform throughout all the ranges, the table top with the exception of the Kuba weighs down on to the legs which would stop a leg from just falling off. With the Kuba dowels are used to ensure for extra support. In any instance movement would be the first thing which would become noticeable and should be investigated further.
- The rattan tables have a frame which is connected to the table top, each panel is secured at two separate places and a leg falling off without being tampered with would be highly unlikely.
Unfortunately without further context including the customer’s name, what they ordered, pictures etc we cannot verify this review is genuine, if it is and more information is provided we would be happy to assist however at present we have exhausted all means of trying to reach out to this customer with the limited information we have in order to assist any further.

Worst Treatment by any Company EVER!
I have genuinely never been treated this badly by any company. Oak Furniture King blamed me for their delivery drivers failing to deliver my order because it was raining and they did not want to get wet. I emailed them clear proof that I received no calls on my intercom, but they still decided to cancel my order without my agreement.
After cancelling the order, they then took three whole weeks to refund me. The entire experience felt dismissive and unprofessional from beginning to end. Their customer service team seemed more interested in deflecting blame than resolving anything, and the glowing reviews online feel completely out of step with the reality I experienced. I am fairly sure their customer service team is employed solely to write fake reviews.
Do not buy from these cowboys. I would never use this company again.

- This is an unprompted review, which upon requesting more information was provided with the customer’s name and email address
- An sent an email to the customer reaching out to request further information to allow us to look into this further but to date have received no reply
- The above response was left initially in an attempt to get the original poster to reach out to us which has not happened.
- A search has been completed of our emails and we have not received any correspondence regarding anything of this nature.
- A search has been conducted on our Order Management System searching all our customers orders and we cannot find any orders under the name and email provided following the request for further information
At OFK we are a relatively small team and can often recall any issues of this nature, in this instance as we cannot recall or match the details provided with any orders and without further context or communication we are unable to verify if this is a genuine review.
Only in extreme cases do we execute the right to cancel customers orders should they become abusive towards the customer service agents which does not happen very often; generally through the resilience shown by the team they are able to communicate effectively in resolving a wide range of customer service issues in a professional manner demonstrating empathy and understanding at all times.
However with this being said our staff have the right to work without being shouted at, belittled, sworn at or abused in any way whilst trying to assist customers.
We are happy to look into this issue further if the original poster is able to reach out to us, until then we are unable to provide any further insight on the issues highlighted due to lack of customer order information

Customer service second to none
Oak Furniture King's customer service is second to none! I ordered a table with which there was unfortunately a problem. I returned it and OFK sent a replacement with a similar problem. These things sometimes occur. Telephone and email contacts with Liz, Helen and Julie who answered the phone when Liz and Helen weren't around and arranged the exchange, were brilliant. All three of these ladies were helpful, professional and friendly and could not have been more accommodating. My refund for the table arrived promptly after it was returned to OFK who expertly arranged all the table transports.
The delivery people were great too, great contact and great help with dismantling and assembling the very heavy table, arranged by OFK ladies.

Fantastic service. Ordered a dining chair unfortunately wrong colour arrived. Contacted the company resolved the matter straight away. Correct coloured chair delivered and other taken away. 6 dining room chairs
Pleased with items ordered. All delivered on time. However, although I tried to apply an in date 30% discount code the website kept refusing to apply code. I emailed oak furniture king explaining the situation and ask them to amend order but nothing came of this and I was charged full price with no discount. Needless to say I was disappointed with this.
