while i was hunting for some pure cbd flower i ended up at the site again and when i found what i wanted for 30 bucks for 7 grams is amazing and i tasted it and it works cbd puts me 2 sleep so did this latest 20 min but ill do another hit before bed and ya get a good nights sleep!! and for all the people hating this place for the place that has my prescription it would of cost me 60 or more and tax and to get it 2 me and yes no thanks so last little bit of info for ya what other weed place will send u a text saying we will be here at this time and when there 5 min away text u again and its all included with there service 100 stars review dont believe what u read if im reviewing this it means its good :) yes try them out and get high or loose pain or sleep for cheap

Very bad, took their service from Dublin Airport and had to wait 1.5 hours to get a wheelchair assistance.

HORRIBLE!! Placed my Order, They attempted Delivery and called me while i was at work, i said can i pickup the package and sign for it at pickup location the following day, they say "NO" we don't have pickup location, i said can you Deliver it tomorrow During the Day while im home until 1:30pm before work they said "NO AGAIN" but we can attempt to deliver tomorrow, i said i wont be home ill be at work again i live alone, im like how do you expect me to get my package when you don't have pickup location where i can provide ID and you can't deliver it in the AM, then he says do you want me to cancel the delivery, i said the whole point of ordering is to get my package i paid for, Pathetic OCS man, will never order again, so im like yes deliver tomorrow then i ended the call, You want to waste my time deliver it again while im at work then ill cancel it and get my money back from a package that was a simple delivery for me to pickup following day with ID, i do it for amazon deliveries all the time, what a waste of time.

What are u talking about my flower was fresh price was good and delivery was awesome paging u telling when they will arrive and taste is awesome and now everything is good in 2023

OCS told me they can't help. I need to blame my environment.

Ordered 5 Bubba Kush (feminized). Seeds came quickly. 1 was crushed. Germinated the others, only two made it. I've been growing weed over 20 years, I never have a problem germinating seeds. These were bad seeds.
I contacted them easily on chat. They told me they couldn't help me. So now I only have 2 plants and a dislike for OSC.ca. Super disappointing! They didn't offer anyway of making it better. Why do they have customer support?There are plenty of sites that sell quality seeds and have a guaranteed. The one with the crown on his head is the best I have found! Not wasting my money on these guys who call themselves professionals, but act like amateurs!

Pretty sure all the complaints about the OCS are horseshit.

Lots of excellent deals, great selection, beautiful and functional site design (I'm thoroughly impressed each time), and prompt, FREE shipping.

I live in the country and still get my goodies within a couple days. Even buying small amounts I find great deals with lots of fun new extracts to try.

I ordered($141.00 worth of product) online and never received my order,i called and they said your order was doped off and completed,which i never got it,i called again and ask to followup, they sent me email and said its been completed in our side and ask me to go to police station and open a file to investigate my claim.

I ordered ($165 worth of product) one full week ago (7 days) and still have not received a thing. No products, no update, no email, no text, nada. In true fashion, OCS has managed to become just another bloated Government entity - poorly managed, inefficient, and with zero accountability. Thank God Ontario also has private options to purchase. I'd recommend NOT using OCS.ca

Nightmare of a company to work with. They take all your money, have no accountability, and get to decide if you can even sell your products at your own store. There is a 3 month wait period and %40 take, even if you don't distribute through them and they may not even agree to sell your products. The OCS serves no one.

How does a government funded company not have mandatory fields on their shipping information portion of ordering to ensure all relevant info is there, as well why not notify a customer of the missing info and give them a chance to resolve it. Instead it's 3-7 days for a refund, 8$ to ship it back when all that was missing was the house number, and it takes 24+ hours to realize your order is undeliverable. The third party shipping companies bare no responsibility for mistakes and just give the end user a hassle as they can't directly contact the company and must wrangle with the OCS who inevitablly do nothing. Yep no refund on the one day delivery, losing eight dollars to return the package, and until I called them I wouldn't of known any of it. I can't even confirm if they attempted to deliver it because they use third party shipping. Every reputable site has very strict mandatory fields in order to prevent data errors, but a government run organization can't figure that one out, and the result is the end user suffers.

Literally a summarization of why monopolies are to be abolished. I hope they all lose their jobs and the industry can be once again managed by people whom have already supplied NA with cannabis for decades.
Let industry enrich the people who will in turn enrich the country.

I received a 10 ounce mug which was a gift and purchased at Target. Within approximately 1 month the paint started to chip off of the mug. Now I don't own a dishwasher so the mug is hand washed. I contacted OCS Designs directly and they said this has never happened and I needed to take it back to Target for an exchange. Well, I didn't want to be bother so I just kept the mug on my Keurig. Now the screen printing is coming off. I wouldn't recommend products from OCS Designs.

Hi; :o) I ordered 3 separate orders for a product that is supposed to come with a special collectors card included. Only one order had a collector card, so I contacted them on their chat, and after 15 minutes waiting, they come back to say that their ad does not specify the card is included! ( although the orders I placed two weeks ago all came with the card! they told me to contact the supplier! :o( I told them to get employees that dont "pilfer!" Also!..I ALWAYS get the lowest THC content no matter what I order too! so to H*** with them! I'll shop where they are honest!

After writing decent reviews about this retailer I am forced to unfortunately look elsewhere for product. In one order I did not receive 2 products and reached out to the company to inquire. 2 stars because (no names but I do have e-mail trail) I first got someone on the phone quickly and that the order was put under investigation. “We are contacting you to inform you that an investigation regarding your order # 347XXXX has been opened”. A camera would catch any desecrates at their end. If they do have camera footage of the packing I would be interested in seeing it. I waited a few days and recontacted via e-mail in which I was sent an e-mail from the company Disappointing to say the least, this...

I am not a two bit petty thief and am not interested in re-leaving this company of profit by claiming actus reus on their part and demanding free product. I am a proud honest & ethical military veteran of 20 years who also pays for this product without the help of any organizations assistance. I use these products to achieve a decent nights sleep over pharma products. To add to this I received an eatable product that had 1/2 content MIA after a second chance purchase. I will not be perusing that as the first encounter was fruitless. In my initial review I stated “as long as this company continues with the service I am receiving they will have a dedicated customer”. This is my experience and I hold no one person accountable nor do I wish to castigate.

Don't buy any flower from OCS.
Extremely dry to the point where it crumbles into powder when pinched between your fingers. Also expect to recieved under weight amounts.
Customer service is useless even when speaking with mangers.
So save your money and find other avenues to get your pot

I was at home but the deliver Guy said I wasn't answering..
Track said it was sent back to them but still no refund...

Don’t mind Quality, costumer service and etc
You have to wait for them all day with your ID , I ordered twice and both time they delivered it 15 mins to 11 W F T
I have to get up and go pay taxes 5 in the morning.
