Do not buy from the O.C.S.Ever!!(no offence to any employee personally here...as it is their process which is useless in terms of selling fresh product...they are more or less just guessing!!) Avoid this source at all costs!! it's unreliable and so useless ...)After many times receiving dried totally stale cannabis) This time was sold 3 strains of completely stale horrific cannabis at a very high price, when requesting a refund they put me through a idiotic process ... and after 30 days of time wasting and babbling call after call that I made ..they asked for more photos!! Don't order here!!! If they can't find the address and it's a 5-day delivery you will NOT receive your order! I was told my order would be scheduled for re-delivery and they lied to me, it was never redelivered or even attempted to be redelivered. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Poor Customer Service
It really doesn't surprise me that they have some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've been waiting on a refund for a defective product - it's nearly impossible to get a response on their chat service. I've waited for nearly an hour multiple times with no success. Sooo frustrating. And they expect people to use OCS over other online services? What a joke.
Run like a government agency.

My packages always arrive late and using Domain logistics to deliver is a total nightmare. Their tracking is so unclear, ocs support doesn't give a f*** about helping track packages down. I'm so frustrated right now.

Every order i have made has come on time. Free shipping is awesome and comes the next day in southern Ontario. Sure some products are dry and are weighing .1-.2 under but what can you expect when company's package it months prior to sale, it will obviously dry out. Ive never had any issues with OCS directly. People who are complaining should take it up with the producers. Ocs is just a middle man selling the product.

recently i had bought a RYOT VERB vape, now the product itself is good but my mouthpiece had cracked and started pulling apart after a couple days of use... i contacted OCS and they said they dont cover warrenties and pointed me to some other place that wasnt even linked and they didnt either, finally after a couple times being pushed back and forth i said SCREW THIS! and contacted RYOT directly, the warrnty claim was proccessed and within a few short days my entire WHOLE NEW VAPE came in when i was only expecting a mouthpiece, so kudos to RYOT... anyway OCS sell garbage bud that is dry as hell and has no customer care, if i could give a 0/5 for my experience i would
also just FYI my new vape is fine and didnt break and they never asked me to send back the damaged one so i decided to glue the mouthpiece back together and gave it to my sister

It's a joke don't order from here I've ordered from here 3 times, figured I would give them a fair trail.
First off I get an ounce of weed 28g from my dealer it costs 80 dollars which is much less than even the cheapest weed from OCS.
All 3 times I ordered it took 2-4 days before they even put it in the mail.
Even though I picked the highest THC content everytime I had to smoke 2 times as much as normal to get high and 3 times as much to reach the same level of high I'm used too.
The weed itself was bone dry and considerably lighter than advertised I got 1.5 grams when ordering 3.5 grams. The weed was so dry It turned to power in a hand held grinder.
The 3rd time I ordered after 4 days of not receiving any information on my order I contacted them to cancel my order. They told me that I could not cancel it until it arrives at my door then I could return it and once they received it back then I could get my refund. This took another 11 days. So it took a total of 15 days to get my money back even though when I asked for the refund the product had not been mailed yet.
Oh and here's the kicker they charge 10 dollars to return any product so I had to pay 10 dollars delivery, 5 dollars each way, then 10 dollars return fee and I only bought 3.5 grams.

Despite negative reviews I tried anyways, with a small sample to be safe. Fast shipping, website was pretty easy to use. The product seems expensive though, so I opted for their cheaper line. And when I received it, despite being packed with some type of hyumidifier packet, it was still super super dry. Couldn’t do much with it.
When I emailed customer support, all they said was to call a phone number. I gave a very professional email with all my info and order number. The reason I emailed is because I didn’t want to call and probley wait a ridiculous amount of time. I replied back and told them I would leave a review with my experience, they didn’t care though and never got back to me. I knew my purchase was a write off but curious to see what they would do to stand behind their product: Nothing... 2020 and they can’t help me via email / online services ???
