Unauthorised charges

There were many unauthorised charging on my credit card with no services given and for 4 months. I did not ask for any service. I need a refund or I will report to my local police.
After changing my credit card there was still transaction. How did you detect my new card? Conclusion, you are a scam company deducting charges with no authorisation. Please work on the refund as soon as possible.

Taking unauthorized money from checking account!
There were four charges this month alone where this company has debited my banking account for something that I have no clue about. I have sent in messages, I have done the online chat, and I am not able to get anywhere. This month's total was a substantial amount. This is my last attempt in reaching out to someone, before I contact my attorney general's office.

Unauthorized payments

Same here, several times since January 2025, only in march 2025 4 payments for nothing? I don’t want to pay for nothing. I would like my money back, my bank is informed and will blacklist your company. This is not really fair.

I was contacted by support of octuspay immediately and they helped me to cancel all the unauthorized payments through the very unserious subscription called "profitable messages". I was also very surprised, because I already get my money back, not everything but most of them. So thanks a lot to the support of octuspay for helping me get my money back, thank you Martha for your support and cancelation of those payments! I will correct my recent experience, support was very helpful - and also will give my hands away from such subscriptions like "profitable messages" in the future. Thanks!

These idiots had the audacity to charge…

These idiots had the audacity to charge 3 times for a service. They are claiming it’s a recurring charge but it was supposed to be a one time charge. First $27 and then $35 twice. Even after telling them that the service is provided by scammers they refuse to cancel my subscription and refuse to refund me. These people are also scammers along with the scammers who are providing scam service.

I have emailed this company three times stating that I want a refund and your software Does not benefit me in anyway I was charged twice $29 then I was charged $19 and then I was charged $16 for a total of $93. This company has been wrongfully withdrawing money from my account since October last year 2024.

I haven't bought any service from this company and yet you are stealing money from me.

Have contacted my bank and we will sue you for all the incorrect invoices.

I was robbed today i was charged €30 for a service twice in 2mins. I would never recommend this app to anyone.unless someone an not the computer to talk to me an refund me all my money. if not i will take my time to let the world know about this every media i will post it

I'm VERY VERY unhappy

I'm VERY VERY unhappy , octuspay.net has charged me $15 $22 $5 & $9 all within 2 minutes!!! I haven't subscribed to anything of the sort so I need a refund NOW!!! Literally can't eat now bc you took all the money I had til I get paid on Thursday... You ppl oughta be ashamed scamming ppl out of their hard earned money.. but you don't care bc you sit back with your feet up scamming folks & that's how you get money.. Charged for 10,71$ monthly

I paid for a service that cost 10,71$. It is a monthly payment that it says u can cancel whenever u want and get ur money pack if the service did'nt help you. I have asked for a refund 6 times and asked to cancel as many times. They still charge me every month and they say it is canceld.

Scam. Not a reputable company.

Multiple charges on July 11, not as much charged as the rest of you but still enough to make me put in a claim. On July 11, I received 2 $7 dollar charges 2 $9 dollar charges as well as a $29 charge. Since then on August 11, September 12, October 11 and November 11 I’ve been charged $14 I’m requesting a full refund through my bank because nothing gets resolved through this company.
