Charged $25.00 for overnight shipping. Called the only contact number I received to ask about the part the next day. They hadn’t shipped and told me to contact oempartsonline for any refund but if you try that, oempartsonline send you straight back to the parts supplier who can’t help you. Go somewhere else if you need parts. These guys suck.

Voor meer dan 200euro stukken besteld en na meer dan een maand nog steeds geen enkele reactie. Gouden raad: blijf ver weg van dit soort bedrijven en lees eerst reviews op Trustpilot. Dit hadden we jammer genoeg niet gedaan.

CRAP! They sent the wrong part. Impossible to get customer support. When I sent it back, they keep their (hefty) shipping fee.
Thank about that. They charge a big transaction fee, screw up, and don't make the customer whole. They won't even talk to him on the phone. Give your money to charity, not these thieves.
Amateur operation – wasted hours on excessive verification and refusal to ship despite full proof
I placed two orders for genuine Land Rover OEM parts.
I had already successfully used the exact same legitimate CMRA business address on a previous order, including full credit card verification.
They blocked shipping due to their new policy. I immediately provided an updated notarized USPS PS Form 1583 confirming my legal authorization to receive shipments at this business address.
Management reviewed the documents and still refused to approve the shipment. They canceled both orders and I wait refunds.
This company uses generic hashed emails (@emails.revolutionparts.com), never sends proper invoices, and applies extremely heavy anti-fraud checks while offering very poor customer service. I wasted multiple days and several emails for absolutely nothing.
Do not waste your time with them (or any other dealer on the RevolutionParts platform). Plenty of much more professional OEM suppliers exist.

In July 2025 I ordered a dashboard. Was told it was cracked so canceled the order only to see they still charged me. Immediately called said it was canceled but they still shipped it. I refused delivery. I disputed charges through my bank. They gave the bank the run around. My auto parts online called me to drop the disputed then they will pay. Once dispute was denied they still have not refunded my money. Its Feb 2026 and still waiting for my money. Please do not buy from them.

Don't buy anything fom Honda.oem.partsomeline.com! You are basically making a gamble with the system and there isn't any live soul customer service to talk too. I had placed an order for my right window channel door run and they mistakenly sent the door seal instead for my 2012 honda cr-z. I had filled out request for return numerous times online but no reply.Good luck with that. My advised. Their policy is all sales are final. You need to place the order where you could physically talk to the paerson on the phone. My final word on this: "_Don't buy from this website"

Charged for 6 Parts, Sent Only 4. No Refund, No Real Response
I ordered six fuel injectors from mopar.oempartsonline.com and was charged for all six but only received four. I immediately contacted customer service to request a refund or a new shipment for the two missing injectors. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, they disregarded my claim and have completely stopped communicating.
This experience shows a serious lack of accountability and customer support. I paid for parts I never received, and the company has ignored my attempts to resolve the issue.
Warning to other customers: If you choose to order from this site, be prepared for the risk of incomplete shipments and zero assistance when problems arise. I strongly recommend using a more reputable supplier that honors orders and provides real customer service.

Took two weeks to process and ship my order for Toyota parts. Said they were in stock. I sent them several emails. They didn't acknowledge or respond to any of them. They farm the orders out to dealers. What a waste of time. I took days off work so I could work on my truck. They sent me a review. They of course, didn't publish it. They list only 5 star reviews on their site. Slow shipping, hustle. Stay away.

Tried ordering a solenoid through Honda.oempartsonline on Sep 15th. Selected expedited shipping with estimated deliver date of Sep 22. Sep 22 comes around and there is no part, no communications, no updates. Checked the website and my order just says "in-process". Found these other reviews stating the vendor does not ship the parts and wish I saw them sooner. Currently trying to cancel and request a refund.

Well ordered about a month ago (Aug 11). It's September 8th, still nothing. A few weeks ago they said they don't have the parts and will have to order them in. Would they like me to do that? Uh... duh... If you don't have the parts in, 1. Don't say you have them in stock. 2. Order them in Day 1, not chill out with your thumb in your ass for 20 days, then stand up, brush the crumbs off yourself and look at the orders that came in the last month. Then ask the person if you want the parts? Dude.

I've ordered a bunch of Mazda parts from here on 3 occasions. Shipping was quick enough, everything was in stock as it said and everything was genuine. Every time I look for a part it is cheapest here by far. About to order something now.

They are a dishonest establishment. I ordered several parts from them, two of which are sold a pairs. They opened the package and removed one of each before shipping it to me and then had the nerve to tell me they were sold as single units. The package clearly shows they are sold in pairs and their website has pictures showing two items when I purchases it. I would highly recommend you avoid this company.

USPS lost my package, but a quick phone call made it right. Good customer service. The 2nd time around, they shipped with UPS. Very friendly and helpful on the phone.
Find another parts store
Ordered a tiny $6 part--plus $9 to ship. The order was routed to Boucher Hyundai in Milwaukee. Item dIdn't arrive. I emailed them at least 4 times asking what's up. Not one response. After 30 days. I got an email saying the order had timed out and they were cancelling. Not, I can order again, not they couldn't source the part, just cancelled. Mega sucks.
