Customer service is a joke
Customer service is a joke. Passed me around 3-4 times. Delaying the part eta time and I can’t cancel the order, never again will I use their company for any parts.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered some simple parts (wiper blades). The box had tracking and was delivered EMPTY. The postman handed it to me, so there was no porch piracy involved. Probably fell out of the flimsy triangular cardboard packaging. Couldn't get parts replaced nor a refund. Still arguing with USPS to get refund for $75. Haven't got it yet. GM PARTS GIANT PICKED THE SHIPPER AND PAID THEM. THEY HAVE THE POSTAL RECEIPT - NOT ME. I have reordered the parts through GM Parts Direct and actually paid $5 less for the very same GM parts. NEVER AGAIN.
