Product was received in a timely…

Product was received in a timely manner. Received a duplicate order and wanted to work out a return. I contacted customer service. They responded immediately on a Sunday. After explaining the situation they told me to go ahead and keep the extra items. I was not billed for it. I was thrilled, as it's the triple method shoulder massager and I have a friend who has a similar issue as me that I'll gift it to.

Snag put right promptly

The initial delivery went wrong, as things do from time to time, but it was put right in a positive and constructive way which is all one can hope for and I was pleasantly surprised.

Congrats to live assistance in helping

The virtual assist tried helping first, but they failed, and disconnected the call. Adam, a live assistant, was most helpful, polite, understanding and accommodating in refunding a monthly subscription that was not ordered by me.

My new shoulder brace helps so much…

My new shoulder brace helps so much more than my old one since it has heat and vibration. And the red-light therapy is top notch. Had an initial issue with billing and got a person on the phone within minutes and had that all squared away. Realized I had signed up for a membership that I didnt intend to sign up for and again, had Siege on the phone within about a minute and he took care of canceling my membership and refunding my card. He also sent a detailed confirmation email with the amount of my refund. He made a situation that is normally quite a hassle, effortless. Thanks!
