Siege was very patient with me, as I was upset about the extra charges posted to our MasterCard. Excellent Customer Representative! Also helped me with a replacement for defective kneepad unit. Also the product is effective-- we appreciate his help.

Mike was very helpful. Called about an unknown charge on my credit card and Mike figured it out. He was able to cancel the payment and make a refund which I did not expect. Thank you Mike. Outstanding customer service

Do not buy the shoulder massager

I ordered the shoulder massager and it works ok except that the adjustment is poor. It is tough to get the hot/cold and vibration where you need it. My biggest frustration is the hidden subscription. I wound up paying double because of the “free” 14-day membership added without my knowledge - at least until I noticed another duplicate charge a month later.

Product No, Customer Service Yes!…

I had an issue or two with the actual shoulder massager. I sent several emails to get things resolved. The responses came quickly and they offered suggestions for resolution.
While I wasn’t impressed with the product, the customer service was very good.

Read the part about USPS Mail being…

Read the part about USPS Mail being held 3/20/26. Follow with your email saying package left 3/21.
Then my notes that that package sat OUTDOORS soaking wet, followed by subsequent USPS visit with said waterlogged RejuvaCare package, and the USPS directions for follow-up on My Part.
Honestly, the deluge of RJCare emails is Overwhelming.
I cannot keep up to all of it. February

Triple shoulder massager

I ordered two triple shoulder massagers and finally got them after about one month. I was worried that I wouldn’t get them. I emailed the company a few times and was promptly answered and assured my order was on its way.
I gave one of them to my daughter who is waiting for shoulder surgery due to rotator cuff problems. She absolutely loves it.
All in all my experience with this company was very positive.

Product arrived soaking wet

Received the product and it arrived soaking wet and shorting out. Had to pay $12 return shipping just to get a refund. Also got charged $42 membership fee and while they were cordial there was no attempt to help a paying customer. Never trust this company. Don't involve yourself in their scam.

CHEAP CHINESE PRODUCT! COMPLETE SCAM DON'T BUY!!

COMPLETE SCAM DON'T BUY!!! Bought one shoulder massager online $69.49. Thought Order went through then computer froze up after making you go through 20 minutes of videos to force more products on you. Then Phone email said to complete order again, which then charged me for an additional unit. Then they automatically enroll you in some scam protection plan you didn't ask for that charges you $40.00 on your card. Customer service horrible IF YOU CAN EVER GET TO LIVE PERSON. Eventually they said they would credit me for one of the units and cancel my membership. Then after receiving one of the units, they then try to charge my card again for another $20.00 from a company Healthsource PureEnergy. I had to cancel my credit card to prevent more charges. The massager is total CHEAP CHINESE CRAP. straps too short to fit, unit keeps falling off and wont heat up or stay in massage mode. Now they said they will charge me to return the unit!!

Buyer beware!!

Buyer beware!!! When you purchase a pain relief device, you are automatically enrolled, after a 14 day trial, into a rejuvacare “membership”! The cost of this membership is $42.95 per month, removed from your credit card! I’m unaware what this membership is for, but it is really underhanded!
