Buyer beware!!! When you purchase a pain relief device, you are automatically enrolled, after a 14 day trial, into a rejuvacare “membership”! The cost of this membership is $42.95 per month, removed from your credit card! I’m unaware what this membership is for, but it is really underhanded!

Items appeared in my order that I never ordered plus I got billed twice for the same order. I canceled the unwanted items the same day the order was placed once I saw unordered items. Even though I had canceled them I got billed anyway and had to issue a dispute with my bank. Then this company had the gall to charge me a restocking fee. If there were a way to give them less than a star I would do it

I was told return shipping was free now someone else tells its not. Get employees that know your real rules. Your ratings at the BBB and elsewhere are not good and I am adding to them unless I get a return label as promised

I was told my account was canceled but still getting charges. I would not recommend using a different service.
One ankle wrap never worked. I have been dealing with issues since Nov 28, 2025. Terrible customer service.

Machine was worthless. In requesting the money back refund, it took forever and I finally gave up. Then the kept trying to charge me over and over after I had already paid. No such thing as customer service.

I was onsite and ordered one massager. Then the site pushed addition of red lite pen and automatically ordered that and did not confirm both orders till next day. I have tried getting them to send a return receipt to me. I called 6x and was dumped off system after 10 min of waiting. Now I have to pay to send their mistake back. The one machine I am keeping works poorly. THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED AND VERY DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATE.

I ordered the rejuvacare patches for weight loss. They kept asking if I wanted more and more products, and it was confusing, and in the end I accidentally ordered more than I knew that I had ordered. Then, I was allergic to the patches, so I asked if I could send them back. They said that sending them back was a rather involving process, and offered that I could just get 25% off. I said okay. Now it is almost 3 months later, and I still have not received a refund. Plus they started charging me for something called Rejuvaknee which is a monthly charge that I never signed up for or gave permission to debit my card for. I’m in the process of a fraud claim.

I have never had a company that was so customer friendly. Rejuvacare is very prompt to respond to all my emails and concerns. When I needed to return a product they were so helpful in instructing me how to do it. I received my full refund the SAME DAY that I returned the product!! The quality of the product was great, however, I am 85, and couldn't put the shoulder massager on correctly. I would recommend Rejuvacare 100 percent.

Ordered 1 unit. Pop-up received twice that said card declined. Realizing it could have been security on that card, I used a different card. Got 2 units: one charge went to the first card and one charge went to second card. My mistake: I should have listened to the first bank. Rejuvacare offered 25% refund for the second unit - and keep it?? I said no. They offered 40% refund and keep unit. I said it was their site's error telling me charges didnt go through when they actually did and accepting a second payment. The two order numbers are even the same. Now they say burden of return is on me. So $60 bucks lost unless I file a a dispute. Additionally, my first bank later told me charges went from China to US, to Poland, and back to US???? It alerted them but first payment had already gone through unbeknownst to me. So. . . No full refund, you jump through hoops to return if needed, and they dont make their errors right. Treatment feels nice, but no sign it's helping the issue at all.
3/28/26, after posting this review, I got a message from the second card bank that Rejuvaknee charged my account another $42.95. For what? No idea. Closed my account. Bad practices!
3/29/26 Update: email received from Rejuvacare in response to this review offering to help if I reach out to them. So I answered with this entire story.
3/30/26 Update: I got another email stating they would like to help and I should reach out to them via samr email address or by phone.
3/30/26, 3pm eastern. 'Sorry for your inconvenience, but we do not provide postage paid labels.' So round and round we go. Great follow-up, guys!

There was some confusion on my part that led to my card being charged for something I did not want. It took several emails to straighten things out, but once Rejuvacare understood what happened, they quickly resolved things for me.

My experience was a little stressful in the beginning because I was unable to reach a live person on the customer service number you provided and it caused me to think that your service was a scam to get my money and information to keep charging me for something that I ordered by mistake and was trying to return. I felt better after finally getting a response to my emails, although the responses were somewhat delayed. You need to make sure your phone lines are working and that there is always someone available to answer them.

I have tried contacting the company several times. The first time I actually got to speak to someone who was very rude and disrespectful. I requested that my order be cancelled and my money refunded immediately as I never actually went through with the purchase - I was put off by the upselling videos when I went to check out. I did NOT complete the checkout process, yet my credit card was charged! The representative agreed they would cancel the order for the products in the upsell only and refund the money. I did get a partial refund, but now I have further unauthorised changes made by the company to my credit card. My following attempts to contact the company by phone were hindered by the virtual assistant - when I asked to speak with a human agent the call was disconnected. The next call put me on hold for several minutes before disconnecting. I have since read many bad reviews about this company making unauthorised charges for a subscription people don’t know about. It is a total scam. Reported to ScamWatch Australia

I ordered shoulder massagers , 2 of them extra straps, straps didn't come but they sent a knee massager that is to small to put on shoulder , why was it called a shoulder massager when actually it is for your knee . This is false advertising, misleading and I feel robbed and scammed . Don't order from these people they will rip you off . I tried to call several times and they keep saying they can't answer due to high call volume . What a disappointment. Now I need to try to get my money back

I attempted to contact their office at 302-261-9613, but the call system cycled through multiple messages—first indicating a short wait, then changing prompts, and ultimately stating they were overwhelmed with calls. I was transferred to an extension that never answered and was eventually directed to email support instead. Additionally, the checkout process included a warning that navigating backward could result in being charged twice, which was unsettling. Overall, the lack of transparency, difficulty reaching a real person, and pressure during checkout led me to cancel the transaction with my credit card company
