I ordered a specific projector "A" online and received an order confirmation. A salesperson called to let me know that it is no longer in stock and up-sold me to projector "B" which they said was similar. I was too busy to verify the differences - shame on me.

I did not open the box and check it out until I would use it next, so I didn't open it for a month until I needed it for a client event. I then discover that the projector is nothing like the one I originally ordered and is horribly old technology. I contacted them to request a return and they were amendable to a return.

It works and came with everything described!

Mike was a great help in helping me find the right projector for our church auditorium--Epson Powerlite L615U 6,000 Lumens. Officewonderland.com also had the best price around and no shipping!

The projector our church uses for our worship gatherings went out and I called and spoke to Mike. I was able to give him the model number of our old one and he found a new one that would replace this old projector and be exactly what we need. It was much cheaper that what I expected to spend.
