We had a very poor experience with Audio Video Nation related to Samsung projectors purchased under Order #22480 (January 24, 2025).

Neither of the two projectors worked upon receipt of delivery.

The projectors sold to us were Canadian/international models that are not eligible for warranty service in the United States—a fact that was not disclosed at the time of purchase. When defects arose, Samsung service centers in the U.S. refused service because the units were not U.S.-supported models.

Since the purchase:

The projectors were rejected by Samsung U.S. service due to being international models (documented).

We paid additional shipping to send units back to Audio Video Nation for repair, with no lasting resolution.

One defective unit has remained in Audio Video Nation’s possession for an extended period with no repair, replacement, refund, or meaningful communication.

Management requested time to resolve the issue during a call on October 16, 2025, but weeks later there has been no follow-up, despite calls and formal written notice.

This purchase was made on behalf of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, where reliability and manufacturer support are essential. The lack of disclosure and ongoing failure to resolve the issue has been extremely disappointing.

We are simply seeking either:

Replacement with U.S.-warranted Samsung models, or

A full refund.

At this point, we cannot recommend Audio Video Nation based on transparency, customer service, or post-sale support.

I ordered a projector, received a confirmation from Audio Video Nation and waited for it to arrive. About two weeks went by and the projector never arrived. We called and apparently they had cancelled the order due to none in stock, but never ever let us know.
They suggested we order a different and more expensive model from them, however the experience left us apprehensive so we ordered one from another supplier.
My sincere apologise to Audio Visual Nation. This review was for Audio Video Nation. My error on the company name. So sorry and apologize again to Audio Visual Nation

Bait and switch tactics. Ordered a speaker that was $200 less than Amazon and other websites. They acknowledged my order, then I waited 5 days without any shipping status. I got no responses from the two messages I sent on their website. I called customer service, the rep said the item was not shipped because it had damage. I was refunded the purchase price. I went back on-line to check if the item was in stock and it showed they were selling the same exact product for full price. Scam company. Stay away!

After multiple E-mails and 6 calls to their team, I'm stuck with a $4K monitor that was delivered in horrendous condition. I followed their freight claim process, cannot get a call back or status update, and had to file a claim with my credit card company for resolution.

Buyer beware...shop elsewhere!

They will not answer the phone - go ahead and try calling them. They also do not respond to email. I ordered something and they never delivered. Buyer beware. For all I know, they are out of business.

The AVN crew was very professional, polite and easy to communicate with. They gave us a listening ear to every important area we needed paid attention to. They also arrived on time for the recording gig we hired them for. Couldn't get any better. Absolutely satisfied.

Bought a LG OLED65C9PUA TV at a great price during the pre-Super Bowl sales, but 6 weeks later told sorry it is out of stock and can't back order it. These guys have a horrible inventory system, don't communicate and can't deliver on their sales commitments. I would not waste your time and would not recommend buying anything from them. I ordered the TV on Jan. 30. On Feb. 4 they called supposedly to validate my credit card, but really to sell me upgraded shipping and a service plan. Said the order would process today and I would receive it in 5-9 days. Their web site says you can track you order status. On Feb. 11 I had received no word or status, so I checked their web site and it said Order not found. I called them and they said it is back ordered, but they should have more in 2 weeks. Tried to sell me the B9 model, one step down, but at a higher price than the sale price available on Jan. 30. Really! It is now Feb. 27, no word, the same order not found status on the web site. I see the same TV I ordered for sale on the web site, as in stock, but it is now $300 more. I call again and am told again these TVs are on back order, it would be 2-4 weeks, and they may not be able to get the TV any longer. I ask why it is still listed on your web site as in stock? The answer is that was a mistake. Are they really out of stock, or just want to sell this at a higher prices? I cancelled the order, they did refund my money, but what a waste of time and frustration. I ended up buying from Abe's of Maine, it was $200 more than the original cost from Audio Video Nation, but they promised FREE delivery in 2 weeks and everything went smooth! Others have written with a similar experience about Audio Video Nation. Don't be lured in by a low price to a company that can't deliver.

Hard to reach customer support. False advertising on their website. Items had been discontinued years ago. Jason or whatever his real name is had a nasty attitude.

I placed an order for TV during Thanks Giving and still waiting for it. Whenever I call, they say they have over sold it and pay more or choose different TV or forcing me to cancel the order. Complained to BBB and no use. If you send about an inquiry about the TV, they reply saying it is available at higher price.

Unfortunately there is no 'Zero' star to rate.

After a long wait and much aggravation with a different company, I finally cancelled my old order and decided to purchase my television wish AudioVideoNation.com. I have been shopping around for an LG OLED65E7P for quite a while now and honestly found this tv cheaper elsewhere but sometimes if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. AudioVideoNation.com are the least expensive legitimate and honest seller out there. They don’t try Not 1 trick or scheme like most of those other sellers out there. WHAT YOU SEE LISTED IS WHAT YOU GET. We had a great first time shopping experience and will be sure to shop here again.

OK so let me preface this review first by explaining I was looking for a TV that was discontinued (An LG OLED 2016 model) because for 2017 models they stopped including the 3-D feature.

I originally saw on the website that they had an E series 65" LG TV and ordered it online after I was unable to find a New TV in the similar series for an affordable price. After I ordered, I received a call within 24-48 hours that said they no longer had that model but instead had a NEW "Open Box" of the G series (signature series) that they could sell to me beating the lowest price I could find online. I believed this because I checked a dozen places looking for the same TV...

It was slightly more than the E series TV I originally wanted to purchase, but the price was fair and it was a better TV (better sound bar and better remote as well as esthetically better too). We agreed on a price and I was told the TV would have a little use as they needed to run diagnostics on it after it was returned due to a customer cancellation. I was okay with this as well as long as what was sent to me appeared to be of new quality with less than 50 hours of use.

I received a tracking number and was excited when I saw a driver was sent to pick up the TV. A driver was sent three times before the TV was ultimately cancelled by the shipping company. This is when I started to call to see what was up. I spoke to William who was incredibly friendly, he explained that the TV was in the distribution center in NJ and that the customer service office was in Hollywood, FL and that we would speak to them to have the TV sent to me ASAP. A few days went by without change and called again, spoke to William who said that the TV was missing the 3-D glasses and manual, and because of this he'd throw in a wall mount and HDMI cable. I was irritated but appreciated the honesty and after a few more days of calling and him also contacting me, he explained that the distribution center normally does not send out open box units, so he was having the TV sent to Hollywood, FL to him personally and he would then send it out to me. Again, he was very honest and apologized for the delay and sounded frustrated by the experience as well. I gave it a few more days as I know freight shipping can be slow. When I called again (just under three weeks) he said he did receive the TV and he had bad and good news, the bad news was the open box item had damage along the frame of the TV, the good news was that he'd send a NEW (not open box) unit to me for the same price. I was skeptical but saw after a day that the tracking had no longer been cancelled and a day after that the TV was picked up for delivery.

After being picked up it took only a couple days to reach Wisconsin where I promptly made a delivery appointment for the next that was available.

The TV was delivered on the day and within the time frame I requested. The delivery people were professional and the TV that I received was the model agreed upon and was brand new including all accessories and indicated "0" for the number of hours of run time.

William's honesty and communication made the extended wait (a month between when I ordered and when it was delivered) bearable. I got the hard to find TV that I wanted for a price that was better than any comparable TV I could find. I would definitely do business with this company again as no one tried to upsell white glove delivery or told me I needed to pay extra for any accessories or other things. They were honest, apologetic, and friendly and ultimately delivered what was promised (and then some). The delay was the only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars.

Stellar Customer Service!

I called AudioVideoNation and spoke with someone about the product I wanted and the help was fantastic. Placing my order was simple and the price was great. They even called me personally to let me know there was a strange issue with my card. I called the bank immediately and got it fixed. Product shipped and arrived without any issue.

I will be purchasing my electronics from AudioVideoNation from now on!

After I placed my order I had some doubt that I had made the right decision, so I called and they allowed me to put my order on hold while I did more research!! I couldn't believe how accommodating they were. In the end I decided to go ahead with the purchase and I'm very happy that I did.
