Shirts take time to arrive. Also had to pay a tax or tariff on pick up about the same as cost of shirts. Nice shirts, but stay away unless you really, really, want it. Otherwise NOT worth it.

We’re sorry to hear that you were charged import fees on your most recent order. As a U.S.-based retailer, we unfortunately have no control over duties, taxes, or tariffs assessed by Canadian customs, nor do we receive any portion of those charges. These fees are determined by the destination country and can vary from shipment to shipment.
We do state on our website that international orders may be subject to local duties and import taxes upon arrival, but we certainly understand how an unexpected charge can be frustrating.
We truly appreciate your business over the years and hope you continue to enjoy your shirts.

Ordered avenged sevenfold shirt for my son, 3 weeks later order is still waiting to be fulfilled. No customer service, only ai response from a Lauren, and no hint of recognition to my concerns. Requested a refund 4 times and nothing, so reported as fraud to my bank. Best way to get your money back and hold these pieces of shit accountable.

I don't even know the outcome, as there is NO UPDATED INFO on my account. Here's my issue (please purchase from any other site - or a brick and mortar store - if you need a gift!
It is now DAY 8 with NO UPDATE. This was an anniversary gift for my husband - tomorrow, SEP 10. Where is my order? Please DO NOT give me a pre formatted 5-10 days to process! There is NO INFORMATION in the customer-facing website to even give me an ESTIMATE when I have no gift for my husband tomorrow. I'd like a little more information. If you cannot expedite this order to be here in the next two days - please ADVISE ME IF I CAN CANCEL!!!! Your company took my money, didn't wait two weeks to process it!!! I am very sad and disappointed about this purchase and LACK OF COMMUNICATION.

Ordered a shirt for a gift
Ordered a shirt for a gift, waited weeks NO shirt , finally
had to cancel. My money was refunded. A couple weeks later a shirt shows up from Official band shirts not what I ordered and my order was canceled and they charge my credit card AGAIN! I contacted walmart (where I first purchased the shirt)
they say disregard the shirt and we will refund your money The charge is still on my card. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT ORDER THROUGH WALMART OR OFFICIAL BAND SHIRTS AND WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD.

Missing Package, Weeks of Delays, and PayPal Had to Refund Me
I had a very frustrating experience with Official Band Shirts. I contacted Official Band Shirts on August 12 and about my package, and did not receive a reply for nine days. I had to follow up again on August 20 before finally receiving a response on August 21, where they told me my order was marked as "delivered" by Canada Post on August 10, but I never received it.
I then contacted Canada Post. They told me that because more than three days had passed, they could no longer investigate the delivery through me as the recipient and that the sender needed to submit the missing-package claim. I explained this repeatedly to Official Band Shirts and asked them either to submit the claim or refund me.
Instead, I received several responses saying the issue would be “escalated,” without confirmation that a claim had been submitted. They then told me they could not refund me because Canada Post's tracking showed “delivered”. The entire reason I was contacting them was that the package was marked delivered but I did not receive it.
It was not until today, August 27, more than two weeks after I first contacted them, that they finally confirmed they would have their manager ensure that a formal claim was submitted to Canada Post.
By then, however, I opened a dispute with PayPal. PayPal issued me a full refund and closed the case.
I'm glad I got my money back, but it should not have taken more than two weeks, repeated delayed emails, repeated explanations of Canada Post's instructions, and ultimately a PayPal dispute to resolve a missing order. Based on the customer service I received, I would never order from this company again.

Vanessa, we’re sorry that you did not receive your order despite Canada Post confirming it as delivered.
Canada Post’s tracking shows that the package was received by Canada Post, went out for delivery in Vancouver on August 10, and was marked as successfully delivered at 12:11 PM that day. Because the carrier confirmed the shipment as delivered, we could not issue a refund without first investigating the delivery.
After you advised us that you had not received the package, we opened an inquiry with the shipping carrier and requested that the delivery with Canada Post be investigated. We were awaiting additional information from the carrier when a dispute was opened with PayPal.
We understand that you maintain that the package was not received, which is why we requested an investigation despite the confirmed delivery scan. Unfortunately, once a package is in the possession of the postal service, we do not control where or how the final delivery is made.
We take reports of missing packages seriously and followed the appropriate process by requesting that the carrier investigate the delivery. We will continue to cooperate with both the carrier and PayPal as this matter is reviewed, and we hope the investigation provides additional information regarding what occurred with the delivery.
We’re sorry that this order has resulted in a frustrating experience and appreciate your patience while the matter is reviewed.

Sizing & Customer Service Issues
I ordered an XL shirt from them to replace a medium size that I had bought a while back. It arrived labeled XL but it was the exact same size as the medium. I sent them pictures, and they replied saying that the new shirt was indeed bigger despite them obviously being the same size. I followed up with pictures of the shirts next to a measuring tape to prove there was no size difference, but since they take forever to ship I decided it wasn't worth the $40 plus shipping to initiate a return/exchange. It's pretty frustrating to be told that I'm either stupid or a liar by their "management" team. It's also interesting that they do not publish bad reviews on their own website, but here there are many. I do not recommend this company and I will not shop with them again after this experience.

Absolutely none of this is an apology for Lauren telling me that the shirt sizes were different in the photos I sent. Your team needs some serious introspection on how you manage customer care. Furthermore, I should not have to do labor (i.e. finding a printer for the return label, sending you the item back etc) due to the shortcomings of your business model. Either refund me for the shirt or send me one the next size up. I wasn't even going to bring up the poor quality of the most recent shirt, but since we're here I can add that to the list of why I will never shop with you again.

I ordered items and it's been a month past delivery. Is there a way to flag this store to it's complete shut down? I want my money back. It was meant to be for someone's birthday and has NOT arrived yet. I should've checked the reviews prior. DO not buy from this store. Please report until they shut down and get flagged. I got my order which was my original issue it took a really long time to arrive and scared me due to all the Reddit threads saying it wasn’t going to come but it did and it’s exceptional quality actually. It’s perfect so I can’t be that upset.

Poor Quality T-Shirts and you only deal with an AI BOT named Lauren if issues arise. Customer Service is Non-existent. Never do business with any company that does not provide an "Actual" contact phone number to call. Very sad that a company treats customers so poorly.
