Long processing times but beautiful quality
I got my order which was my original issue it took a really long time to arrive and scared me due to all the Reddit threads saying it wasn’t going to come but it did and it’s exceptional quality actually. It’s perfect so I can’t be that upset.

Poor Customer Service
Poor Quality T-Shirts and you only deal with an AI BOT named Lauren if issues arise. Customer Service is Non-existent. Never do business with any company that does not provide an "Actual" contact phone number to call. Very sad that a company treats customers so poorly. Many better options to do business with...Be Smart and you will get a more positive result.

Scam company - don’t buy from them
I wish they would give an option for zero stars. This company is complete and utter bull crap. I can’t wait for my bank to dispute the charges so I can get a refund. Don’t not order from here, especially through Walmart platform.

I have been waiting for my T-shirt for almost a month. The service is so unsatisfactory. I could not even upgrade my delivery options to ship through FedEx or UPS as I would have paid the extra charge. This is the worst experience just for a T-shirt. I’m not going to buy any more products from this company.

Ordered five, sent one, it’s wrong
Ordered five shirts. They sent one, and it wasn’t actually the shirt I ordered. “Ships 3-5 days” but the remaining shirts haven’t shipped after 8.
Edit: to clarify, the shirt that shipped to me was supposed to be a black tree in a green circle. What I got was cats dressed up as Star Trek characters. We’ll see what, if anything, arrives in the mail today.

After reviewing your account, we found two separate orders. One was placed just 4 days ago and is still within the stated processing timeframe. The item ordered is marked on the product page as shipping within 5–10 business days, and an estimated delivery range was also provided at checkout.
Regarding your other order, we're happy to see that one item has already been delivered and that four additional items are currently scheduled for delivery today according to USPS tracking. These items shipped within the timeframe listed on their respective product pages. The remaining item is still being processed and is also marked with a 5–10 business day shipping estimate.

Bad reviews written too early.
I've read alot of bad reviews about them, and thought I was one of them. Their tracking is not accurate and shipping is slower than what they say. I got what I ordered, it wasn't too much longer. I'd say most, if not all of the reviews are written before the product arrives. My tracking said it had been delivered a week earlier, in the U.S., I live in N.Z. That might have something to do with it.

Wish I had read these reviews before…
Wish I had read these reviews before buying. Purchased several shirts for my son for his birthday over two weeks ago. While some things claim to have been ‘shipped’ nothing has arrived. They have been sitting somewhere in NY marked as ‘delivered to front door’ - meanwhile I live in Canada. Will be disputing with my CC company.
When I emailed to enquire, I was told they were at an ‘international mail sort facility.’ I’ve read of others experiencing the same problem. Buyer beware.

For international shipments, packages are first routed through an international mail sorting facility in New York before departing the United States. During this stage, some tracking systems can display a "Delivered" scan, even though the package is still in transit and has not reached the final destination. Once the shipment is processed for export, tracking updates typically resume as it moves through the destination country's postal network.
To help avoid confusion, we outline this process in both our FAQ section and at the top of our Contact Us page.
Based on the current tracking information, your package is still making its way to its destination in Canada. We completely understand how seeing a "Delivered" status could be concerning, and we apologize for any alarm or inconvenience this may have caused.

Truly terrible experience
Truly terrible experience, would give 0/5 if I could. I order some items on on April 20th for my wife for Mother's Day. When placing the order I read the information about allowing them 5-10 business days to fulfill the order. After 10 business days I sent an email checking in, and was just told the please give us the 5-10 business days to fulfill. On May 20th I emailed again to cancel and refund my order and this was the response "Thank you for reaching out, and we are truly sorry for the frustration this delay has caused. We completely understand your concern. It appears your item may be out of stock, and we sincerely apologize for the lack of updates on our end. We’ve now escalated this to our management for immediate confirmation so we can provide you with accurate information and the best solution as quickly as possible. We’re doing our best to resolve this for you, and we will follow up with an update as soon as we have the final details. Thank you for your patience, and again, we apologize for the inconvenience. Regards, Key"
I then received no further correspondence but did receive a shipping notification after I started I no longer needed nor wanted the order. It has now been a week since receiving the shipping notification but the "tracking link" is not a link. Honestly truly terrible company to deal with, seeing other reviews now I don't know how they are even in business.

We believe there may have been some confusion regarding the delivery estimate, as we provide delivery date ranges rather than guaranteed delivery dates. While we understand the order did not arrive in time for Mother's Day, it was still within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.

I have ordered twice from this company and have never received my shirts. They claimed they were delivered but my packages but there wad nothing at my house, in my mailbox or at my neighbors by accident; even thiugh the tracking number claims it was here. The number to contact them to speak to customer service is a waste of time too. Do order from these guys. 😡😡😡
