Official Car Mats Avaliações

After receiving an email days ago saying mats had been delivered and they hadn't i left a review. The company got in touch saying they didnt send message saying they had been delivered. I don't know who sent this but definitely got it. Both myself and my husband read it. I don't think now the message came from this company. Anyway they have arrived and are fabulous worth the wait. Definitely recommend this company.

Great service, good choice of mats. Would buy here again and recommend to anyone looking for high-quality, reasonably priced car mats.

Easy ordering, regular updates, and quality product 👍

Bought standard mats perfect fit look decent quality especially for price. Good communication 6 days ( includes a weekend ) from order to fitting in car.
No problem recommending this company.

Perfect car mats.
Fitted within minutes of unpacking.
They fit perfectly.

Very pleased with my car mats ..perfect fit and value for money

Bought the less expensive mats as the car doesn't get a huge amount of use.
Very impressed with the quality.
Nice " Blue " stitching to complement the car's colour.
Slight problem to begin with but all sorted extremely quickly.
All in all a very happy customer.

Recently received my new car mats from Official Car Mats for my BMW G30 5 series. I ordered the Prestige spec. Before ordering I did procrastinate a little on their price versus the cheaper specs, but my goodness am I glad I went with these. Hands down the best car mats I’ve ever had in car ownership (34 cars so far), better than BMW OEM. Fitting is spot on. Quality and depth of the carpet is high end. In short, I highly recommend.

I am happy with the mats and the overall value. The process took nine days in total, which feels a bit sluggish for a UK business, but the support team made up for it. Their communication was prompt and they proactively upgraded my delivery to next day.

I received my car mats today, I can honestly say I’m in love with them! They’re good quality and good value for money. Also a fast delivery. Overall really happy & would recommend

The Super Luxury Car Mats I ordered were at best 2000gsm not the 2850gsm as stated, i.e. they were a lot less thick or dense as they should have been. They blamed they material suppliers for this.
Whilst I was refunded, I received no gratuity for pointing out this problem so the likely hood is that nothing will change.
So be careful if you order from official car mats as other descriptions of material weight might well be underweight as well.

Excellent car mats, quick processing and delivery and a good price! Have recommended to friends and family

Good quality, great fit and a really good delivery experience with good communication from the vendor

Fabulous quality and amazing customer service 🙂

The braiding around the edges was not on the edges!
I wanted 500x on them but at the very last moment I received an email saying what would you like incase we can’t do that. I said a “X” , which I dont like as it looks like a kiss opposed to the model.

Every thing as described

Top notch quality. Good communications.

Ordered Super Luxury Car Mats for Mazda CX30. (Order 101777) Processing of order- good, fit - good, navy blue trim - nice, heel pad- seems strong, overall look - good. The minor disappointment is that compared to the original carpets supplied by Mazda those supplied by OCM seem more synthetic and don’t have the deep soft pile that I was expecting from ‘Super Luxury grade’. We’ll see how well they last in comparison.

Saw an AD on tiktok, checked out their website and was shocked that a new set of mats for a wv polo was £28 and even got a 15% code for signing up. I got the most basic mats and they are still great quality. I got my name embroidered on and a cherry and looks high quality. Would really recommend. Only took 11 days to make and arrive at my house in Northern Ireland. Would recommend 🥰
