I love this printer. A few months after I purchased it, there was a small issue, but their customer service was excellent. They replaced it right away and the shipping was very quick. I really appreciate how easy they made the process. I would definitely use their products again. Great customer service!

I ordered the Sublimation Oven from Amazon which came repackaged and damaged. I reached out to OFFNOVA which responded very quickly. They sent me out a brand-new oven in original packaging within days. They were very kind and apologetic. GREAT company to work with.

This is a great little label printer. It was easy to set up and printed the sample perfectly. When I had trouble printing my own labels, I contacted customer service. They responded immediately and helped me solve the issue, which turned out to be on my end. It works great now, and I love it.

Everything I get from them is a good product. Always ships fast. Very nice and helpful customer service.

Bought First Label Printer back in June been flawless up until about a week ago, started erroring out weird blinky light. Took several resets and wasted labels to get it to print again. Emailed Offnova explained the situation and sent a video. No questions asked sent me a new machine. Very cool. Thanks again. Still have New one on deck.

I have NOT received what I ordered. I have written a couple of times and received a computer generated response giving me the tracking information which tells me the package is damaged and they are trying to return to you guys. I feel like I am just getting the runaround and, quite frankly, not sure if I ever receive the product if it will work properly

I must warn potential buyers against purchasing this machine from the seller. Despite the high price of nearly $300, the seller neglected to mention that the machine would not come with an ink package. I was setting up the machine and following the directions on the box, the directions says to pour “the different colors of ink” into the Ciss bottles with the corresponding color labels and I turned around to get the ink and there wasn’t any ink! The seller, Rika, has since informed me that they plan to update their packaging to reflect this omission. However, this does not address the issue at hand, as I have already received the machine without ink. After paying the full amount, Rika suggested I initiate a refund but did not offer to provide the ink, unlike their reported practice of providing content creators with machines for testing and review purposes. As I have a significant social media following of over 16,600 individuals, I will be sharing my experience publicly. A video review I discovered highlights defects in the machine, including issues with the white ink mixing too quickly, causing bubbles and streaks on printed t-shirts. The reviewer contacted the company, which promised to address the issue by modifying the container's stirring mechanism. However, six months have passed, and no changes have been made. It appears the company prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction, selling faulty machines without regard for customer losses. I will be returning the machine for a full refund and seeking a reputable alternative. I advise others to exercise caution and avoid this purchase!

I love the printer it works great! It’s small and is fast. The app is also easy to use and understand. Great product!

Super fast shipping and the price was pretty incredible. My only complaint is the description said Windows compatible, but I have yet to find a driver or program that will print the labels and the phone app is pretty lacking.
