Horrid experience with Offset Electrical London Ltd.

I paid for an EICR but was not provided with a report following the visit. Instead, I was later given options including paying again for a return visit to carry out testing, which raises serious concerns as they conducted a visual only EICR, which I was later told that’s not how it’s done. Cowboys!!

Despite raising this formally, the issue was not resolved and I was not provided with a EICR to what I paid for. The response felt dismissive and focused on offering alternatives rather than addressing the core problem.
Avoid at all costs!!!!

Offset Installed the 24kw Ev charger in our warehouse to power our forklifts last week all done in 1 day 3 of their Enginners had installed tested and commissioned it and all for a great price would definitely recommend them to anyone and we will be using them again in 2 months to come back and upgrade all of our panel lighting upstairs in the offices

I recently had some electrical work carried out by Andreas from Offset Electrical, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Andreas installed new LED downlights throughout my kitchen and living room, replaced my old fuse board with a modern consumer unit, and added a few extra socket outlets where we needed them most. He also fitted an outdoor security light and sorted out a hallway lighting issue that had been bothering us for months.

From the start, Andreas was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. He explained everything in simple terms and made sure all the work was done safely and to a really high standard. The finish was excellent, and he left everything clean and tidy when the job was done. The new lighting has completely transformed the space.

Since having the work done, I’ve actually passed Andreas’s number on to a few friends and family members, and they’ve all been really happy with the work he’s done for them as well. It’s great to find a reliable and trustworthy electrician these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andreas and Offset Electrical to anyone looking for quality electrical work.

Offset Electrical completed a full rewire for me and I’m very pleased with the end result. They were professional, reliable, and kept to everything they said they would do.
