Very personal service
Very personal service despite shopping on a website. Information on all items very detailed, so it made selection very easy, especially for someone who doesn’t know very much. My order arrived quickly despite ordering during the in between festive period. Also a nice little thank you message on my invoice made it feel very personal and that I was dealing with human beings running a local business that happens to be online too.
