When I installed my new Nest…
When I installed my new Nest thermostat, I was taken to the Ohmconnect signup, so I signed up. Later, I received many emails telling me I had to resign from my connection to the utility company. It was all very confusing, and apparently deliberately misleading, since nothing was mentioned when I signed up.

Because you can only be enrolled in one demand response program at a time, you won't be able to complete your enrollment with OhmConnect if you are enrolled in another program. We understand that enrolling with OhmConnect and disenrolling with another program can be confusing, which is why we have an awesome team of experts who can assist you through that process. This whole OhmConnect has made me more aware and conscious of the utilities I’m using and when, I never thought about it before. I feel like I’m doing a small part in the big picture and being rewarded as well, it’s a win win situation.

Just started their service. chose Ohm connection over other providers since they had the best affordable rates. Also like their their “follow up” communications with their customers.

WHEN I HAVE QUESTIONS, I'M GIVEN ANSWERS, INSTEAD OF GETTING THE RUN AROUND. i recently contacted Ohm after learning of a program aimed at helping disabled like myself, cover living expenses. The customer service representative assured me they would do all they needed to see i got the help the program offered. With the Rate being the lowest I come across. i no longer fear the ever-increasing bill I received from my last provider. Thank Team

The free plug to get you started was awesome and what hit me addicted to this program. It’s fun and exciting for my kids and myself. We use it as a type of challenge to beat our last “score.” Just a great thing overall all around!

Not what you expect. No free items
The only thing I don’t like about it is that the company made so much promises about free items. They don’t uphold it. The reason why I signed up because they said I would get a free thermostat. I provide many screenshots of the FB advertisements and sent it to them bia FB messenger. and they said they will honor it. Up to now, no communication about it. Their excuse is I am still in the approval process. How can I still be in an approval process when I’m already receiving ohmhours. I ended up purchasing my own through the Ohmconnect discount. That was the only way to start getting the ohmhour. I wish they would uphold their promises. I should’ve listened to other reviews from people. Many people signed up and never received the free item as promised through their advertisements.
