compré la vps ayer, no se entregó de manera automatica, la vps tiene mejor caracteristicas de la ofrecia, la cpu no es de 3.6ghz es de 4.3ghz (ryzen 9 9950x) y la red gratamente sorprendido, en un speedtest da 40gb, me esperaba un xeon cutrillo y 10gb, no 40gb, de momento encantado

La peor experiencia de mi vida en cuanto a una empresa de hosting, 15 años en el medio, debo esperar 10 dias o 15 para reembolso del dinero, y si es que algun dia llega el dinero, ni se les ocurra usar esta empresa.
Compre un servidor vps, no aceptan paypal, lo cual me parecia raro, pague por crypto estafa total, al entrar a su discord me me di cuenta que muchos usuarios estan pasando por mi misma situacion, eviten esta empresa, quizas en sus inicios fue buena pero el personal que quedo, solo dejo la plataforma online y unicamente pagos que no tienen reembolso para estafar.
Act, ni dinero, ni servicio, mucho menos respuesta via ticket, incluso le di la opcion de darme el vps y aun asi sigo sin respuesta ni del reembolso ni el vps, y ya esta terminando el dia de horario de oficina en españa, un reembolso son unos click, al igual que darme el vps son par de click.

1/5 Save your money. Genuinely one of the worst hosting experiences I've had.
TL;DR: Broken deployment, broken DDoS/firewall dashboard (403 errors everywhere), DDoS "protection" that didn't even hold up against small attacks, garbage latency that made it useless as a WireGuard tunnel endpoint, support that ghosts you until tickets auto-close, an operator who closes tickets claiming "filters are applied" when they demonstrably are NOT, and a company that tells you their own advertised firewall panel is "obsolete." Three tickets, zero fixes, and I'm now disputing the charge. Avoid.
I've been a customer with OhzCloud (Miami VPS) and at this point I'm done pretending this is salvageable. I purchased this server specifically to use as a WireGuard tunnel endpoint to front another server of mine, which is a pretty standard use case and one that depends on two basic things: stable, low latency networking, and DDoS protection that actually works. OhzCloud delivered on neither. Across three separate support tickets over multiple weeks, not a single issue has actually been fixed, and as of right now, everything is still broken.
Deployment is broken. My server took 24+ hours to deploy. The "fix" I got was a one-line reply: "we are fixing the auto dpeloy. Today its fixed." That's it. Typo and all. No follow-up, no confirmation, nothing.
The DDoS protection does not protect. I received attacks that were not even particularly large, and the "protection" did absolutely nothing. The traffic blew straight through. For a host whose entire selling point is mitigated VPS hosting, this is a complete failure of the core product. If I'm paying for DDoS protection and small attacks are still taking the service down, what am I actually paying for?
Latency is unusable for a tunnel. Because I was using this as a WireGuard tunnel, latency is everything. I ran speedtests showing absurd 6,000,000+ ms latency spikes and notable packet loss on their network. That is not a typo, that is over six million milliseconds. You cannot tunnel anything through that. The connection was completely unworkable for the use case the server was sold for.
The DDoS mitigation/firewall dashboard is completely broken, and STILL is. Almost every setting in the panel throws 403 errors. SSH filters, WireGuard filters, webhook logging, you name it. I sent screenshots. I sent the speedtests. Their response? Ask me to disable IPv6, then ghost me until the ticket auto-closed because they didn't reply. When I opened a new ticket the operator literally asked "What problem do you have?" as if no previous tickets existed.
They lied about applying filters. Their final word on my last ticket was "the filters are already applied to the default ports of the servers." That is flat-out untrue. The filters are NOT applied. I can verify that on my end. They closed the ticket on a fabricated resolution to make the problem disappear from their queue. That's not support, that's gaslighting paying customers.
Their support contradicts their own marketing. I was told the firewall panel is "obsolete" and "no longer necessary," meanwhile their public ddos-protection page still tells customers to use it. So which is it? Are you selling a product whose control panel you've internally abandoned, while still advertising it?
Tickets get auto-closed because the operator doesn't respond. This happened to me more than once. That's not a support system, that's a way to inflate resolution stats while customers get absolutely nothing.
The communication is unprofessional and lazy. Half-Spanish, half-English replies, one-sentence non-answers, no ownership, no escalation, no actual troubleshooting, and now apparently outright false claims that issues are "resolved" when they aren't. I asked for either fixes or a refund and got neither.
The underlying network might have potential, but it does not matter when you can't deploy reliably, you can't configure your firewall, the DDoS protection you're paying for is gated behind a panel they call "deprecated" and doesn't even stop small attacks, latency makes the box unusable as a tunnel, filters they claim are applied are demonstrably not applied, support closes tickets on fake resolutions, and nobody answers basic questions like "what's my actual protected IP?"
I wanted to do more business with these guys. I literally said in a ticket I'd buy more servers if things were stable. Instead I'm filing a dispute. Avoid OhzCloud unless you enjoy paying to be a beta tester for a host that won't fix what they sold you, and will lie to your face about it.
EDIT: All lies. WG excuse was never in any ticket. Tickets closed UNRESOLVED, not from my inactivity. Refund was day 14, not 20. Email for proof from your own system

En su pagina dicen 8 horas para dar el servicio, he pagado un dedicado de 230€ pedí el dedicado 2 semanas antes de irme del actual hosting, me falta un dia para acabar el antiguo hosting y sigo esperando 2 semanas y nada, no contestan al tfno ni tickets hace dias q me dijeron que me lo darían, jamas en la vidae he encontrado nada igual espero y se solucione y poder cambiar este comentario, pero un desastres total
Una empresa que no merece la pena ni molestarse en contratar nada, llevamos más de 3 semanas sin servicio, hemos investigado y la IP asignada a nuestra VPS ni si quiera está ya en OHZ, es impresionante la falta de profesionalidad y de servicio que da esta persona, no recomiendo a nadie, que tenga servicios con OHZ, no te avisa de nada, luego en sus términos menciona un 99.9% de uptime hablo de 3 semanas sin servicio y sin respuesta en tickets. Esto es OHZ, investigando hay más empresas que usan OHZ y las reviews se ven por si solas, caídas, problemas, siempre pasa algo. Sinceramente no recomiendo ni que pierdan el tiempo con esta empresa.

Decepcionante , les compré un servidor para virtualizar y un desastre cuando no se rompe el RAID es la red y ahora me lo cobran y no funciona , te dan largas y cierran los ticket sin solucionar nada , les compré otro servidor en Holanda y ya va más de un mes sin entregarlo , me siento estafado por ellos

Es un servicio pésimo: caídas enteras del servidor que se prolongan hasta casi una semana, servicio técnico en ocasiones deficiente, problemas de conexión que no se solucionan nunca, tickets a soporte abiertos completamente ignorados...
No lo recomiendo bajo ningún concepto para proyectos serios.
Tengo varias VPS con OhzCloud desde hace un tiempo y en general la experiencia ha sido bastante buena. El rendimiento ha sido estable la mayor parte del tiempo, no he tenido problemas graves en ese aspecto.
Un punto muy fuerte del servicio es la protección Anti-DDoS, usan xdp.es / xdpfilters.com y se nota que funciona bien. Otros clientes han recibido ataques y los servicios se han mantenido online sin mayores inconvenientes.
Sí ha habido algunas caídas mínimas en ciertas ocasiones, pero no han durado mucho. Algo que valoro bastante es que el soporte responde rápido y suelen solucionar los problemas sin dejarte esperando horas.
En general es un proveedor que cumple, con buena calidad, buena protección y atención rápida. Aún tienen margen de mejora, pero por mi experiencia sí los recomendaría.
Salvaron mi host, compré los dedicados y el mismo día funcionando

Small company based in Spain with it's own self-service platform for cloud-services. I'm using their VPS for a few weeks and the entire process was smooth, the owner replies to support requests within minutes all the time and, unlike most of it's competitors, they actually solve the issues on the first reply. I'm using VPS + BGP with them and I'm really happy so far.
Soy cliente de OhzCloud desde abril, y tras estos dos meses sólo tengo palabras de satisfacción para esta empresa. Soporte profesional, rápido y eficaz, se nota que saben lo que hacen ya que al mínimo error lo solventan a los minutos, además, cuentan con un AntiDDoS increible lo cuál hace que los servicios estén protegidos frente cualquier amenaza. En mi caso, alojo un servidor de FiveM y es muy propenso a ser atacado, y tras diferentes intentos no he notado caídas.
Recomendable 10/10, lo mejor que existe en España siendo baratisimo

We started with them a year ago +-. It was working well, OHZ seemes like a pro. After some time we had 1 week outage, OHZ was claiming it was not his fault, but 3rd provider's issue. When we told we will leave, suddenly all started working.
2 - 3 months ago we started to have a lot of drops, some were 1 hour outages, some 2 days, which we were accepting. But when the outages became 7 to 10 days long, we wanted some explanation, but he stopped responding. I was waiting for a response for 2 days, 2 days services not working, noone responding.
It was crazy, I do not recommend anyone partnering with this company.
