The Kintsugi crockery set that I bought from Oishya are really beautiful and elegant pieces.
I have bought many 'gold-plate designs over the years and these are by far the best.
I absolutely love them and have no hesitation in recommending this business for other buyers.

Now that I got the knives, Quality is good, fairly sharp as they came, light weight as japanese knives are, good looking, have to see how well edge will hold sharpness.
Just you can prepare wait the time before they get them for delivery for my case was 2 months with the second knive.

I am using the knife daily to prepare foods for family and friends. The handle is a blue pattern and the knife is not cumbersome because of its’ solid construction. I am happy with the purchase!

At the time of ordering a Sakai Kyuba KYU 21 cm Gyuto, Mediterranean blue handle, I was made aware of a delay in delivery. This didn't put me off. I was also offered, and accepted, an upgrade to a RYU model due to the delay. I had contact with Kamila, who takes a personal interest in matters and that was very positive. I received my beautiful knife in its presentation box together with a Japanese coin, which was a lovely touch. The knife is a thing of beauty and surgical precision due to its sharpness. It's my 'go to' kitchen knife and is in use virtually every day. Meal preparation, which I enjoy anyway, is a real pleasure and easy using my Oishya knife. It also has pride of place on display in my kitchen. I treasure the knife, its box and coin and wholeheartedly recommend Oishya.

Kamila was great at communicating with me. The knives are hand made so it took a while to get my knife. But Kamila always kept me informed. The knife is a work of art . . . just beautiful.

First, it took a long time to get the knives… 8mo. When they arrived, I must say they were beautiful to look at and very sharp. I had chicken parm as the first dish. I used different knives to process the chicken (just trying them out) and did the same with veggies and salad. They all cut very well and had a nice feel and balance… great product Kamila, thanks very much !!

I ordered the second time at oishya. The products are great but the first time had several issues regarding service. I recently ordered a second time and really have to say that the customer support vastly improved and got turned around completely. I'm happy to see that they made such a progress and now have a fitting service for their great products.

The original knife I ordered was back-ordered and taking longer than expected, and they reached out to me with a complimentary upgrade of a similar knife but higher quality and once I received it I was so pleased with the quality of the craftsmanship and the sharpness and the beautiful colors. Would absolutely order from them again and I received great customer service

Such a nice knife I got, it’s the most comfortable I ever used, nice size, nice shape and incredible weight. Almost nothing.

I recently received my Oishya knife and I am blown away by how high the quality is. Literally every time I am cutting something it is so easy, the weight is so light that it is really gentle cutting through anything and it’s super sharp!

La experiencia ha siso un desastre. Pedí unos platos kintsugi y una ensaladera El pedido tardo 18 días en llegar pero lo peor fue la NO respuesta a los tres e-mails que les envié hasta que llego mi pedido. Ha pasado casi un mes y sigo sin respuesta. Que falta de profesionalidad y tacto al NO contestar a un cliente. Pésima atención al cliente por absoluta omisión. Un desastre.( no me quiero ni imaginar que hubiera pasado si tuviera que devolver algún producto) hace dudar de la empresa, su calidad y su capacidad de resolver problemas. Absoluta falta de comunicación y abandono.
Tras revisar el correo y el spam NO tengo ningún correo de oishya del día 8 de oct como ellos dicen. Revisen su calidad al consumidor
