OJ's Football Shirts & Restorations Avaliações 

Following up with everyone else that has had problems with this business, I am now in touch with my lawyer, just to get my shirt back, after being told over 6 months ago it is ready to be returned. Would not advise using the business at all ever due to the incapability of even communicating and the amount of sales that have been sent and can be seen on here just shows. Im actually worried that this business may have been selling shirts that have been restored (along with my shirt, since it has still not been returned after 18 months)

Can I please just have my shirt returned?

Absolutely dreadful, start to finish.

Sent my items in April, having pre-paid for the restoration of two shirts. Only received them back in late August.

Weeks and weeks go by without updates. You have to chase and chase. They have since made it harder to contact them by removing Instagram and WhatsApp messages.

Repeatedly told me that my item was about to be sent, had been sent, would be sent, only for it not to happen.

Alongside all this, the vendor continually posts on Instagram about his mental health. Not wishing ill on anyone, and I have very close family and friends who have been in crisis, so I do understand, but you can’t on the one hand say how ill you are but then all at the same time, the business posts on Instagram about whatnot streams and shirt auctions. Are you too unwell to work or not?

Just awful. When communication did ever come it was after much chasing and was then dismissive, rude and vague.

Would never use again. AVOID.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. This has been by far the worst online service I have ever seen . I placed Order on June 6th (with a stated dispatch of 3-5 days). Now, 2 months later, what I got instead was a masterclass in incompetence, lies and atrocious customer service.

Here is exactly what you can expect if you do business with this :

- Selling Out-of-Stock Items: They sell items they don't actually have. Almost a month later, they finally admitted my items were out of stock due to an internal "inventory error." A friend ended up telling me the real reason: they are just having massive delays with their CHINESE🇨🇳 suppliers and covering it up.

- Lying to Customers: After 2 weeks of zero updates, I reached out on WhatsApp. They claimed they had already emailed me about the stock issue. I sent them screenshots of my inbox and spam folder proving they hadn't. They eventually confessed their "system" made an 'error' and the email was never sent.🤦‍♂️

- Broken Promises: They continuously missed their own deadlines to send follow-up emails, forcing me to chase them down repeatedly for basic updates.

- Abandoning Customers Mid-Conversation: A month later, I tried to be understanding and agreed to take replacement items instead of a refund. The second I sent the new address, they triggered an automated bot closing their WhatsApp channel permanently and completely ghosted me there..🤦‍♂️

- Zero Organization: I escalated to email to confirm our exact agreement for the replacements. Instead of fulfilling the order we just agreed upon, they completely ignored my instructions and unilaterally issued an unauthorized partial refund ; they completely forgot who they were even dealing with 😅😅

- Pathetic Excuses: On top of all this, if you check his Instagram, he keeps crying and whining about having health issues to justify the delays. Look, if you are not capable of doing the job and delivering what people pay for, then do everyone a favor and retire!

The Grand Finale? Seeing their complete lack of competence, I finally demanded a full cancellation and refund for the remaining balance. Instead of acting like a professional business and resolving the issue, they blocked me.

Save your time, your money and your sanity. The negligence, poor record-keeping and lack of respect for me are beyond unacceptable.

Ordered an item and after almost 3 weeks never arrived despite the website clearly stating 3-5 businesses days for dispatch. I reached out to them as it had been 2 weeks and I’d heard nothing, they then said it had been dispatched after 2 weeks and then nothing for a week again Only just received a refund. Poor communication. Item ordered 24.08 refund email received 18.09

I liked the work but admissions were closed for months. I checked and checked and checked all those months, sent email but didn't get any help. When somebody on his post asked about restoration and he answered the same i just replied to him that isn't gonna happen because i waited for months. Then the guy with the Restorations that wasn't helpful at all blocked me while he posted my comment and told me he is working on 60-70 shirt a week (how are you working on those when admissions are closed for months and it's impossible to use the service?) That like playing your followers telling them you work but not with them. All that because i told it was a let down

Oliver does great work and is very responsive when it comes to orders. Product is always worth the wait when ordering from the U.S.

Genuinely love the page, he creations are amazing and just add to the beautiful game with a genre of it that people are passionate about, that being football kits.

Brought numerous authentic shirts from OJ over the last 6 months and every time they have been of high quality and some holy grails that have been added to the collection. Can’t wait to see the restorations are back up so I can send him some shirts!

Every single video that he has made on how to fix your personal jerseys have inspired me to start my own journey because not only is it effective, but it is reliable. His products are outstanding quality as the namesets that I’ve purchased have stuck on permanently. In addition to that, for any request that you have, he is extremely reasonable and understanding. Like any other company, restocking takes time but he keeps his consistent, restocking once a month so don’t miss out on one of a kind products!!!
