The OKA Chelsea store on Fulham Road is less of a shop and more of a total interior design experience. I spent hours browsing the three floors, and every corner is filled with gorgeous textures, layered fabrics, and timeless styling. I especially loved their brilliant 'Bunched by OKA' faux floral displays and the fact that you can take your time exploring without feeling rushed. The staff are warm, creative, and incredibly helpful when you need them. A must-visit if you appreciate well-made furniture and beautiful presentation.

The service at the shop was very good and the delivery team were kimd enough to carry my heavy rug up 3 flights of stairs as my lift was out of order.

Chelsea Shop visit
I visited the Chelsea OKA shop and the staff were kind enough to take apart a huge faux floral display to be able to give me the large number of stems I wished as they were not able to purchase elsewhere in the store or online. I have searched for the faux olive stems online before and it seems they are very often out of stock so I was very glad to be able to find them in the store.

Staff in store brilliant but delivery…
Staff in store brilliant but delivery company very poor. Despite paying thousands for furniture order promising assembly and unpacking, just dumped all the boxes in living room and refused to unpack and assembly saying we hadn't paid for it and then they reported back to OKA customer services that we refused the service! Not what you would expect from a luxury brand.
