Ross helped me with my purchases . He was fantastic. Helpful, great sense of style, generous with advice, cheerful and altogether amazing. He spotted and sorted out errors of a previous assistant . I will now always try to seek him out for help on future visits to OKA.

Terrible experience.
I made arrangements to wait in to receive my Oka delivery. The delivery time lapsed so I phoned to enquire only to discover the delivery was not taking place. No one had bothered to contact me and let me know. I was very frustrated as my time has been wasted. This is not the first time, I ordered some furniture from Oka a few months previously and waited in all afternoon to discover that the furniture would not be arriving and I would need to organise another delivery date. No one seems to care. Very poor for Oka’s reputation

This store sells attractive designs for the home. I bought some lovely wine glasses to give as a gift to friends abroad, but then decided that it would be too problematic to transport them, and Maria very kindly exchanged them for a much less fragile item.

Amazing staff at Oka Chelsea
The staff at Oka Chelsea have gone above and beyond to help us throughout the purchase and delivery of our sofa
From being flexible with how long they would need to hold the sofa in the warehouse for, through to the delivery, we could not fault them in any single way
We will definetly be purchasing from Oka again
Often when purchasing more premium products the customer service doesn't match the level you would expect, but with Oka that is not the case
