The sales assistant, Kira C in the Guildford shop was wonderful. Very helpful, and when I pointed out that one of the plates in the set of 4 had a different edge to the other 3 she hunted out a matching set of 12 for me. She was a really lovely girl. 5 stars for her.

Excellent Service
We went into the Guildford store and purchased a Razmattaz lamp which was hanging up and the only one left to purchase. The fact that it needed a ladder to get it down was no problem and all three of the assistants we dealt with were extremely pleasant and helpful - Meg, Natalie and Kira. A really great experience and lovely store.

Outstanding personal service
I must record the exceptional service I received from Meg during my recent visit to OKA in Guildford.
Meg was superb in that she offered, described and compared items to me and was key to me making a decision to buy two beautiful pots. She recommended I finish my shopping and she would safely wrap these breakable items up for me. I was travelling by train and on my return to the shop the items were so well wrapped and they got home whole!
Meg is the epitome of how I would like a salesperson to be. There was no hard sell just genuine understanding of my needs and help when requested.

Really patient helpful staff & 10/10 delivery service
Staff in Guildford really helpful as we tried out many sofas over several visits, helped us choose a dog friendly / washable fabric, offered to change square cushions to bolster shaped and gave a good discount dated from our earliest visit.
Simon and Paul who delivered the two sofas were pleasant and painstaking in ensuring that the sofas looked perfect in situ.
