Another fantastic trip to the Harrogate…
Another fantastic trip to the Harrogate store today. I only “popped in” to look out for a couple of cushions for the chairs I purchased a few weeks ago. Thanks to Emma I left with 2 cushions and 4 lamps for my son!
Always an enjoyable experience that leaves me thinking about what my next purchase might be… 😊

Floor Lamp Choice Made Easy
Went into the store to look at floor lamps and shades. After a very short time, I was asked if I needed any help which I did. Fleur helped me to try various lampshades and put floor lamps together to see which one was the best for me. She also helped me with choosing the most suitable lampshade holder for the shade I liked.
As I had further shopping to do, I left my lamp and shade to be wrapped and I collected it later in the day.
The service was excellent and I also received a discount too. Well done to the Harrogate store.

Great products, questionable delivery fees
The product is great, however you should not have to pay a £30 delivery fee for the store to restock an Item.
We ordered the item (2 framed pictures) in store. The store did not have stock, and therefore charged a £30 delivery fee to bring the item into store (or deliver to home). I can understand paying for home delivery, but should not have to pay to collect an item from a store.

5 stars across the board
OKA staff are knowledgeable, approachable and extremely helpful both in terms of their own product, but also with regard to interior design and home styling. A visit to store is like a home from home experience.
Ordering is easy. Communication regarding delivery exceptional and the home delivery team charmingly efficient.

Outstanding service
Without a doubt, when we visited Oka in Harrogate,last weekend, the one thing that made our experience so amazing, was Sam. She couldn’t have done anymore to help us. She took the time to find out what we were looking for and was genuinely keen to make sure we were able to look at all options and combinations, coming up with ideas that we hadn’t even considered. She then went on to continue looking for pieces that she thought might work for us and contacted us a few days later. I can honestly say, it’s the best service we have experienced in a store, for many years and it’s so refreshing to find it actually still exists! Thanks again Sam and we look forward to our next visit.

Great customer service.
We have been shopping in the Harrogate store for years and always receive a friendly welcome. The staff are all friendly, professional and helpful. Particularly Emma, Fleur, Carole Zoe and not forgetting Sam!
Compared to Neptune where we found the service very cold and aloof.

An absolutely fabulous shopping experience!
We called in OKA per chance and received a lovely welcome from all the staff. The shop is a delight to walk around and gave us some great ideas for a lounge refurbishment. Carole was superb and very knowledgeable and a was a joy to have her professional advice. We left with several items!! A great experience! Would highly recommend!!
