lovely to have an Oka near to home
we bought from Oka in fenwick’s Newcastle ,which is always a very pleasant treat.we bought a couple of beautiful cushion covers just wish I had bought more and the most beautiful Nebsworth mirror.The young lady at the counter was very friendly but she was not allowed to use the till so had to wait for a little while until she was able to contact someone who could but luckily some one was available before our parking ticket ran out . I would have given 5 stars if we were able to pay for our goods as usual .The delivery service is also very good although a little expensive

Thank goodness we have a local OKA retail outlet at Fenwick Ltd, Newcastle, rather than travelling down to Harrogate to visually see products.
I was able to find the exact products I required with the help of a polite sales assistant.
I would like to see a wider choice of products (if available) at OKA Newcastle.

A joy to shop in Oka.

I went into the store to purchase some prints I'd seen online. Chris helped me navigate pre-purchase as they were out of stock. The delivery charge is high so it made sense to look at some other items to place on the same order. The sale and additional 15% off made this an attractive deal. Chris was very pleasant and so helpful with his product advice. It's an inspirational store with beautiful room sets.

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful staff at the Newcastle store.
After DPD lost part of my order and then damaged the replacement, the staff at the store went above and beyond helping me sort it out and finding an alternative store where I could get a replacement for the damaged item.
Thank you to the whole team for keeping me updated and all your help through the whole experience which was all due to DPD's fault.
