Bad delivery
Can’t fault ok beauty but Evri who made the delivery left the box outside on the pavement and it was stolen .
Happy to say you replaced the box but again was left in a insecure place.

Had 2 mascaras out of 3 boxes.
Lots of things I wouldn’t use, disappointingly.

Never replied to my email, closed down then sent me a rate your experience email! Ordered using a buy a gift voucher which clearly said it’s a one off not subscription then received multiple emails from OK beauty saying my subscription is set up etc! Products rubbish too in box.
