took my money won't pay my winnings if I don't get it soon I'm smashing the fruit machine with a hammer and when you replace it I'm gonna do it again and again

3 mounts can’t withdraw money from Okto wallet, support don’t help , always same response, i try many time withdraw money to my iban , or bank card.. always rejected. They say wait 3- 6 days , and after nothing. Poor scam company!!

Withdrew £140 from the machine and I have not received my payment after weeks. I send regular emails to which I get a copy and pasted email in return. They have used the wrong name before and alway give the same answer saying that it has been passed to the relevant department and they are dealing with it. This is clear some kind of ponzi scheme like scam. Avoid at all costs. I can almost guarantee that they will reply to this review saying please email us and we will resolve this issue yet they won’t do anything to help me.

Won £200 on fruit machine but still waiting funds tp go back to my bank. They don’t have customer service phone number only email and they don’t reply to emails

Deposited £40 times with no problems on a QR code in a pub, I had won £110 went to withdraw and came up my details weren’t correct even though I had only just deposited using same card.

After 3 weeks and emails going back and forward I still have no date when it will be paid absolute scam would not use again.

MASSIVE SCAM! Had £20 that was never deposited and another £20 that I tried to withdraw that I never got back. From other reviews this ‘error’ has been ongoing for years.

They claim that their deposits are instant. I deposited 100$ on their OKTO Wallet and I've never received my funds. I am constantly getting ghosted by their support team and I'll issue a chargeback soon enough if they don't fix this in time. Absolutely no reason to deal with them as there are way better platforms than them... Shame.

Scam! They take money and their website/ app is so bad to load. Machine not credited and no way to contact them. Scam! Avoid using scan to pay if it says OK

Scam scam scam, they take your money, don't upload it and take absolutely forever to send it back, even if they do that is, give you a time frame and it doesn't happen within that time

Το μόνο που έχετε είναι αποδείξεις από τη βραδινή έξοδο για να τις θυμάστε καθώς η θεραπεία είναι πολύ ακριβή. Αλλά η λήψη αυτής της αμοιβής θα είχε αφαιρέσει ένα μικρό μέρος αυτού του πόνου. Τι σκληρή παρέα είστε.

I deposited money via a fruit machine QR code in the pub. It was difficult enough to set up the account but withdrawals are an absolute nightmare they keep saying that the details I used to set up the account now can't be verified to withdraw and asking for obscure information like my tax ID. This site isn't safe and should be closed down immediately

Can't withdraw money. Always been fine when I tried to withdraw 20-50 pounds, now I try to withdraw over 100 and they say there is a problem and apparently been investigating for two weeks without any solution. Terrible.

Used a qr code tried to put £20 on a gambling machine fraud phoned said they tried getting £100 × 10 gift cards in 4min and was repeating on every possible site. And card was cloned. Avoid at all cost! Notified the pub who phoned the company. It is a different company not from the machine hire. And after reading other reviews this is shocking.

Scammers, they also take all your banking information

Initially, they took a while to respond to emails but became more responsive after persistent emails. I got an amount of money to withdraw no they’ve “encountered a problem due to technical issues”
Lord knows the number of years this would take.
I live in the UK and it’s horrible they don’t have a customer service number to call.

Horrendous scammers. Take money make every excuse not to pay out. Fraudsters

Worst ever, I can't withdraw I got upgraded to standard to withdraw my money next time I look I am at basic again no money after 4 days in my bank now they say there was a problem . I have used drivers license and passport with them saying can't verify. I recommend no one using this
