The quality of the dresses I ordered was appalling- thin, cheap material, badly sewn together, arrived weeks after I'd ordered. I've tried to get a refund but this company put so many obstacles in the way it makes it impossible. Don't be fooled by the London part of this company - it's based in China.

I have ordered a good looking on advert Shirt, London company in the name, took 2 weeks to arrive .. shipment from Netherlands, returns to China. Quality - I would rate Primark over them. Totally Scam!!!

Really it’s minus minus stars wished I’d have read the reviews - this is a v cheap company - delivery took a few weeks - - parading - the item I ordered was casual white cardy, size 16, received a dark yellow/cream item that wouldn’t fit a size 10 - I have a feeling that I won’t be able to get a refund either!!!

How I wish I had read the other reviews about this company before ordering from them! They mislead you into thinking they are a UK-based company when in fact they are based in China! I ordered a linen shirt which was priced at £44 - took a few weeks to arrive. It is nothing like the item I thought I had ordered. It certainly is not made of linen as described, but it’s impossible to tell what it’s made from as there are absolutely no labels stating the material used in manufacture, washing/care instructions or the country of manufacture which, I believe, breaches UK Trading Standards requirements! The material is so thin it is virtually see-through and much too small, although I ordered a 3L size which the website said equated to a UK size18. The website says you can return the item for a full refund, but as I’ve learned from other reviews, you are required to return it to China at your own expense and they only offer a 10% refund and you can keep the item. I’ve certainly learnt my lesson, although I am usually a careful shopper. Do not order from this company under any circumstances! It’s a scam! Caveat Emptor.

Based in Netherlands, goods come from China. Poor quality and expensive to return (doubt it will even get there)

My mother purchased from this company, she's 84 years old and can't get any decent response from this company. Continuous emails saying they don't provide labels, returns are at her expense, then they don't verify return address, then they want photos of the item, of the packing..... TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS

Avoid any purchase. Items turned up, poor quality and too late for my event. Requested a full refund and have been told will offer 10% refund and keep items! Nope. I want a full refund and return the items. All gone quiet now no communication. Avoid. Scam operation. Disgusted.

Just received my leather flying jacket and could not believe the pile of plastic rubbish I had been sent. Nothing like the picture they use to advertise the item. I wouldn’t even let my dog wear it. Steer clear of this company. Just read the reviews and it is almost impossible to return anything and get a refund

Do not buy from this company. Shoddy goods. Costly return to China. No refund 6 months on. Customer services staff just lie and fob you off.

Please do not order from this website, it is a scam. Get you paying for an expensive item which when eventually arrives is just rag.
Then they will give you no refund just a 5% one of he cost of the item. They tell you to return the item tracked which costs £19. Scam scam scam .!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE waterproof coat eventually turned up - in what world it’s waterproof I don’t know, made out of fibre cloth ! A piece of rag. And to return it, your expected to pay the costs to get it back to china !! OR, they’ll very kindly offer you 10% of the cost of the item to keep it 🤣🤣 !! Absolutely scam !

Very poor quality!!! Ordered a dress in size medium could have fit a size 6-8 it was that small, all tags were cut from the dress so couldn’t check if was correct size sent, wanted to return it says postage starts at £15 could be more!! Absolute scam artist!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Requested a returns address over 6 different emails and have not been replied to. The quality of clothes is poor. I really would not recommend this company.

Took a lot longer than quoted on website for delivery. A while after placing the order I tried to cancel as the order wasn't ready for shipping. Got completely fobbed off by email, constantly told order was being prepared so couldn't understand why they couldn't cancel. Was informed I could get a refund after items delivered. This doesn't look like an easy process according to other reviews. Why do I want to return? The quality is appealing, the t shirts are so thin they are almost transparent! Got totally taken in by website design and the London connection. Very clever.
I ordered late at night and didn't due my usual due diligence - accept it was my fault.
I'm now getting emails stating I'm a loyal customer and eligible for a 15% discount for today only...
I would definitely avoid.

Zero stars for this site. I thought I was buy from a UK company. Ordered a dress for £45 , what I got was very poor quality awful looking dress. Still trying to get refund, but they aren't getting back to me. How do they get away with this.

I know they quick to deliver, but this last item shocked me when they said it’s out for delivery , thanks for good work done

I really like this company. They have lots of choice and their products are varied and different to other places, which I like. I was pleased with my red trainers, and also very happy with the way the company communicated with me about delivery dates etc. I highly recommend and will be going back there for more products.

Complete scam artists, ordered suit trousers stupidly without reading the reviews, contacted before tracking updated to request a refund as I no longer wanted the item (states 30 day cancellation and right to refund on their site) they ignored my emails until tracking had updated (over a week later). Item now says delivered yet I never received. They’re now refusing any refund without a return, saying that I have to contact the local courier to try and find it and they won’t refund until it’s found? Baring in mind it was supposedly delivered almost 2 weeks ago? They just keep avoiding refunding me or any solution at all.

SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I would rate them less than zero, I ordered a coat in March described as wool but was in fact cotton and polyester. It was horrible. I was offered the usual to them of 20% discount finally but was determined to send it back at a cost of £20, two months went by and it was still in customs but to give you out there some hope I contacted my credit card company and I got the money back. Avoid this fake company with their posh London website at all costs.

Nothing to do with London ..! International shipping takes ages then product arrives substandard doesn't even come close . Obvious it was a scam before I even opened the package as size and weight was so different to what I expected . There was also a mark on the item which was bleach or similar and wouldn't not be removable . The label wasn't attached . When I emailed to complain and ask to return they asked for photos of the item , I'd read the reviews by others then and knew what to expect . They then offered me a 10% partial refund as a 'gesture of goodwill.' .!!!!! Apparently if you continue the process further they ask you to return the item via postage .. to China ..!! Anyway luckily I bought it with credit card and raised a complaint with the credit card company who secured me a refund .
They come up high on search engines which is scary and they look very professional but total - utter scammers ..!!!
