I am extremely frustrated that my order…

The issue is that I previously emailed to let you know that the parcel had been returned to Foudys. However, it has now been forwarded to the National Returns Centre, where they will attempt to identify the sender's details. I contacted your team and asked them to get in touch with Royal Mail, as the parcel may remain stuck there unless further action is taken. However, I received a response stating that no action can be taken until the item has been returned to you.

Could you please contact Royal Mail to investigate this matter and determine the current status of the parcel? As the intended recipient, I am unable to obtain detailed information from Royal Mail myself. Thank you for your assistance.

I have sent multiple emails to Hello since 06.06.26. Please refer to the email history below for the full details.

I am extremely frustrated that my order has still not been delivered.

The parcel has been returned to the National Return Centre and requires the sender to contact Royal Mail, but Foudys said there is nothing they can do.

Customer service is only available by email and replies have been very slow, causing further delays. I would appreciate urgent help to resolve this issue.

Thanks for sharing your order number. I can see that you emailed us on 6th June and have received 5 email responses in the last 10 working days regarding this issue. Our response time is 3-5 working days which we’ve managed to stick to across this conversation.

You mentioned you made an error in purchasing the product and put your address in wrong. We responded with an updated address on our system so that when it comes back to us we can send it to the correct place.

I can see you’ve left two 1 star reviews across two platforms regarding this situation but as I’m reading it, you yourself have been clear that this was your own error (that you inputted the address wrong) and Lucas replies on 16th June saying that there’s nothing we can do until the shirt is back with us and processed so we can resend it out to you.

Let me know if I’m wrong or if there’s anything I can help with.

Unfortunately struggling with customer service

I really wanted to like and support Foudys, however have been struggling to get a hold of them after only receiving 1 of 2 jerseys I ordered. It’s now been over a week of emailing with no response. Hoping I can get this issue rectified as I truly want to support what they stand for!
I will note that the jersey I did receive was excellent quality, and shipping (to Aus no less) was very quick!
Foudys, not sure if you check these reviews, but I’d be happy to provide my email and order no. in case my emails are landing in your spam folder?

Appalling customer service

First time ordering from Foudys and very disappointed. I ordered a hoodie which I received within a few days, however as it was too big I returned it, they received the return over a month ago and I have chased them on several occasions without anyone updating me on my refund. Very poor customer service and no one replies to the instant chat messages. I do not recommend this shop.

Awful returns process

Over the past few years, my family and I have bought several women's football shirts from both the Foudy's website and the temporary pop-up shop in London, and have been supportive of your promotion of Women's football. However I am not happy with my daughter's recent experience of returning and trying to get a refund on a NWSL shirt she bought.

She received the shirt and quickly realised it was far too big. So we returned the shirt via the instructions on the Foudy's website within 7 days, and the returns package was delivered to Foudy's a few days later per the Royal Mail tracking information. Despite following up by email on multiple occasions during the past 2 months, we have received little communication from Foudy's - we last heard from them at the beginning of April, saying the parcel may be lost. Despite emailing again, we've had no response and definitely no refund has been offered. I feel that they are just ignoring us and hoping we go away!

Overall, if you are 100% sure you won't need to return an item, go ahead and buy. But if you're not sure, avoid purchasing from this company as their customer service and returns process is shocking.

Great Service

Great service!
I ordered a football shirt with players name on it. When I got confirmation of the order I realised I had ordered the wrong size. Emailed Foudy’s and they amended it for me and my shirt arrived soon after. Top quality goods and customer service!

My go to for women's football shirts!

I have ordered all my Chelsea shirts and a mystery box from Foudys and they have quickly become my go to for anything regarding women's football!

As a Chelsea fan, buying Chelsea Women kits from the online Megastore has mostly been a disappointing experience and I'm so glad I've finally found a place to buy shirts without stressing about anything :)

Launch day for the Australia kits…

Launch day for the Australia kits something wasn’t added to the website as stated in an email. I messaged them and asked. I received a reply immediately. Customer service was brilliant. Even sent me a link for what I wanted to purchase. Ordered on 31/3 received item 2/4. Great company

Shocking customer service

Edited to add - it has now been 20 days since I left my initial Trustpilot review, and my issue still hasn't been resolved... I've had to chase multiple times for updates and responses to my emails are slow. I'm still not happy with the service I've been receiving.

Shocking customer service... I've sent several emails and messages on social media since December regarding an order not being delivered and I've not had a single response or reply. It's now been 4 weeks of silence (5 weeks since my item was 'shipped'). I really wanted to support Foudys as I love the idea behind it, so it's such a shame that I've been let down.

Big room for improvement

Okay, so first things first;
I want this review to change (as in, I want this company to be and do better), I would love to see improvement. The idea and goal behind Foudys is important, and one to support.
However, the experiences my wife and I have both had with foudys, separately - have not been the best.
One shirt was pre-ordered, just before we were due to recieve it, we recieved an email stating that the shirt is wrongly labelled 3XL (instead of small), but that they'd measured the shirt against a small and it is a small. Highly unprofessional, most other companies would discard this shirt re: the sizing error. It negatively impacts the worth and point of paying £65 for a shirt, and any future sale of the shirt.
Next was a mystery box. We opted for premium. We couldn't really see anything premium about the box, and from emailing was told they'd send something else out as a goodwill gesture - this was never sent.
Women supporting women = fabulous
Authentic shirts = absolutely
Some improvements to be had = yes, and we're rooting for them, but unsure whether to order from them again, unfortunately.

Hey Bex, thanks for the feedback!

We're super careful about discarding shirts. Firstly, our margin is so tight and we don't have legacy to rely on like our big bros at JD Sports and Sports D. Secondly, we've got a sustainability policy. I donate duds and errors to local womens football companies who use the shirts to make bags etc. Where possible I avoid this as its the equivalent of £50 per shirt. Sometimes i'm sending £3-4k worth of shirts and I honestly haven't got the excess cash. With your shirt, although I had no part in the decision to send you that item, if its not defected we'd love to use it and not throw it away. Waste is such a horrible issue in footie these days!

I'm keen to explore your mystery box query. What did you get in the initial box? If it was a premium there should be a home/away/third shirt in there (minimum value RRP £65) plus a goodie and some info about the company in there. I packed 50-60% of boxes so this one might be on me!

If you're here questioning authenticity or if you should buy, exit out now, and order. You won't regret it.

I feel like I can say I've been a loyal Foudys customer and fan for years. Yes, fan. I am a huge fan first of what Foudy's does for the women's game.
I live in Los Angeles, and it's virtually impossible to get any women's name sets on kits here. Familiar right? That's part of why we love Foudy's, right? Yes, you get it! Every kit is seemingly pressed with care, as we often see on socials, and you can tell. I've ordered kits from official team sites, and they usually require the hassle of dealing with returns or refunds because warehouses accidentally press kits. Not Foudys!
Additionally, the way Foudy's caters to its customers with mystery bundles at a great price and other good deals makes it hard not to choose to buy kits from them pretty much exclusively.

Kind workers and efficient deliveries.

The workers were all very kind and helpful on the multiple occasions I had gone to the store and even online purchasing was very easy and was delivered a lot quicker than I expected!

Very Helpful!

I am not home yet to see my order but I can see it has been delivered. Foundys were amazing, they helped me get my delivery in time for Christmas, they had the size I needed in stock and they were very well priced. Thank you again!

Unfulfilled order


I had this review previously posted on my partners account however we realised that it should probably be from me directly, given it is my experience so I have created an account to leave this review - I would appreciate a response urgently from Foudys as I have not received any via email for a while.

I purchased an upcycle service on a Chelsea shirt in August and sent to foudys to be printed under order number 19302. I have not received the shirt, or any update. I have raised a formal complaint and the communication is still insufficient. I have since moved address and informed foudys of the same, and await the shirt. I have heard similar experiences of friends waiting this long for their shirts, however I am shocked that it has been 4.5 months. This was a shirt I had already purchased, I have since seen this service advertised yet no effort has been made to fulfil my own order.

Reply: I have multiple emails between myself and hello@foudys discussing that you have my shirt (Chelsea home 24/25). After looking my order confirmation is received on 21/07/2025, apologies there was a typo and the number is 19032. With regards to response, I have many unanswered emails regarding this order and don’t think this service is acceptable.

Edit: I’ve had no response whatsoever, I sent more messages on the online chat function but no response, can this please be sorted as I am becoming sick of this cycle a bit now.

Edit: I have checked and have absolutely no emails or responses. Please resend anything today.

Hey Rebecca, your name doesn't corolate to that order number 19302. That order was made on 28th July and fulfilled on 28th July with shipping confirmation sent and a Click & Drop code attached on the same day.

I've checked our customer service inbox and our CS support T has replied up to yesterday. I've been on the online chat forum and I personally replied to all customers up to yesterday.

We've had 1 instagram DM come in which was responded to on the same day. I'm so confused!

Help me out and i'll be sure to investigate.
