Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service! I had an issue with a gift I received ans Ford was quick and efficient in dealing with my issue. Hard to come by good customer service these days and Ford was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend Olivia Burton!

Don't buy the watches

Don't buy the watches. I brought one pair for my self and got another as a gift from a family member. Kept both just in case and both broke within less than a year. The seconds handle broke on both watches even though the battery is fine. Customer service said it would take around 3 weeks to sort out. I spend a bit of money on the watch and so did another family member. For them to break within a year and having to then wait for a month when I require it for work every day, loses it's purpose. Go for Radley I stead, the watch lasts 3 years and is the same price as this garbage

Two stars due to return policy - lovely jewelry

My son and mother purchased a lovely green faced Olivia Burton watch for me for Christmas. They accidentally ordered two. I love the watch and wear it regularly. However, I recently discovered that customer service at Olivia Burton would not allow them to return the duplicate, unworn and unopened watch. This type of return policy is odd in this day and age. The extra watch will now go to my sister, but I won't purchase from this shop again.

Olivia Burton has gone downhill

I have purchased a lot of jewellery from Olivia Burton (OB) for a long time now. The quality seems to have really gone downhill. With my recent order, I tried the bracelet on and it fell off as the clasp was broken. I emailed OB to inform them of this. Their response was that jewellery is not covered under their warranty, but as a goodwill gesture they would send a replacement!! Goodwill when the bracelet was faulty, ridiculous!
I have previously had very positive customer service from them, so I don't know what went wrong this time. I ordered the matching earrings; due to how they are wrapped in tissue paper, you cannot see them properly without opening the pack - once it's opened you cannot return them. So I am stuck with earrings that are of poor quality, not as expected and overpriced for what they are. All of this has really put me off OB, and I won't be ordering from them again in a hurry.

Ordered a bee bracelet for my daughters…

Ordered a bee bracelet for my daughters birthday. Said silver on the website but when it arrived box said 100% brass from Thailand. Poor quality and very tiny. Cost £45 with the discount and very poor value. Having read reviews it seems not worth returning. Very disappointed.

Terrible business. Broken product received. Still no email response or refund, despite confirmation of return 2 weeks ago. Terrible customer service. Avoid!

Really poor quality

Really poor quality, my necklace of 2 months broke. I finally was able to send it back after loads of faff. It’s been sent back 3 weeks now. They are meant to send me a replacement, I constantly get I’m sorry, we will dispatch soon, sorry it’s taking so long, constant excuse. Absolute joke of a company. Would never purchase from them again. Their customer service is poor at best.

Very upset with quality

I ordered 2 x Silver North Star Mismatch Bracelet as I was meeting a long time friend who I haven't seen for 8 years and wanted to have matching bracelets with her.

I read these reviews and though "nah, it'll be fine" and assumed for the price (£55 each) they would be fine.

Unfortunately, a walk outside was all it took for this bracelet to break. No tugging, no pulling etc, just walking. I was wearing it for less then 24hours before it broke. That's £55 down the drain, and no matching bracelets. I'm very upset about this, but at least I have until Saturday to find an alternative!

I don't know what their other products are like, but I would not trust thin chain bracelets from here again (though I likely wouldn't order from here again).

Poor customer service for faulty goods

I purchased some earrings which broke after wearing only a handful of times. Despite purchasing in store and having a receipt I was unable to get a refund or exchange. I would not purchase from this brand again after the poor customer service. Up until now I have been a very loyal customer and have purchased multiple items.

The response I have received from Olivia Burton is the same response they send to every complaint! They are not in further correspondence with me and I have no choice but to take it up with the Citizens Advice Bureau and Trading Standards! Do not buy from this company.

Poorly designed unfit for purpose earrings

Ordered earrings which looked beautiful (gold/silver double interlink hoop) but they didn’t fit! Never had earrings not fit before!! They’re made in such a way that the bottom hoop poked the lower part of my lobe and pinched, making them then not hang properly and stuck upwards! I emailed customer services who basically said tough, you’ve tried them on (err yes I wouldn’t know they wouldn’t fit and are designed strangely without putting them in!!) so hard luck!! Very very disappointed, poor customer services response and this item clearly not fit for purpose as if you’ve got chunkier lobes than the model, they ain’t gonna fit!

Unfortunately if earrings have been tried on, sadly they cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. We would advise to measure your ears / hold the earrings to your ears for sizing rather than putting them through your ears. As you will see by the reviews on this product, we have not received any other similar complaints and they have been suitable for others.

Again I can only apologise for any disappointment caused but sadly we would not be able to accept these for a return under the circumstances.

Really poor quality

Really poor quality!

My brother bought me a lovely necklace for my 40th birthday in June. By August a number of the crystals had fallen out. Customer service replaced the item although the did say the warranty didn’t cover necklaces. I personally think a necklace should last for more than a couple of months! Anyway the replacement item has now also lost crystals so I can only form the opinion that the quality is sub standard. Very disappointing as I had hoped to be able to keep a thoughtful present for a special birthday for a long time but now I am forced to find a new one!

Disappointed in the quality.

Really disappointed in the quality of their jewellery.
My mum bought me a bracelet in the summer which she put away for Xmas. First time wearing it broke within 2 hours.
I emailed Olivia Burton and explained the situation and was told the jewellery doesn’t come with a warranty. Warranty or not an item should last longer than 2 hours! However they did issue a voucher to use against another item as what I was gifted was out of stock.
I selected and ordered another bracelet, and now some of the crystals have come out of the replacement item.
I have had other brands bracelet's which I have worn constantly for months and are still in new condition, yet had 2 from this company and both have been faulty within hours and days of wearing.
Wouldn’t spend money here again. Very disappointed, especially as the item was a gift.

I purchased an Olivia Burton bracelet…

I purchased an Olivia Burton bracelet for my daughter’s birthday however, it kept falling off and my daughter was worried about losing it because she loves the bracelet.
Michelle offered amazing customer service and had the issue resolved within 4 days and my daughter now has a new bracelet. I was incredibly happy with Michelle’s help and efficiency and her communication throughout. Would definitely purchase from Olivia Burton again.

Olivia Burton appear to deal in poor quality tat and then hide behind terms and conditions.

Bought a pair of earrings as a gift in March. Wife tried to put them in for the first time in December and they broke.

Rather than being honourable and replacing a clearly defective item, Olivia Burton hid behind terms and conditions.

They offered 40% off the next purchase when the website is already offering 40% off.
