They do not honor returns. They ignore your request to initiate a return. Therefore, you will be stuck with what you purchased from them. I will never do business with them again!!! They are a scam operation!
Beware!!!

The sizing is way off; the fabric is really cheap looking and feeling. The customer service is horrible, no response on processing a return. Unfortunately, I think I will be stuck with the dress. Self inflicted as I did not do my "homework" before buying.

The dress was not sized properly. The review process is terrible. I would never order from here again and am so frustrated that I didn't do my research before ordering from them. This company should be banned from selling in the United States.

The dress I purchased was completely misrepresented on the website. It was very cheaply made, ran much smaller than expected, and looked nothing like the photos shown online. The company stated that refunds would be honored within 30 days, yet after sending four emails, I received no response until the return window had passed. I also attempted to dispute the charge through PayPal, but the claim was unsuccessful. As a result, I lost $144.95.

Horrible return service. They question why you want to return item ( be aware fabric is very thin) and then delay getting you a return label..... still waiting for my label after one week!

The product is not what is pictured. The dress I ordered which looked beautiful and flowing, was actually sweatshirt material. The only way to return the item would cost hundreds of dollars. This is an absolute SCAM website!

I purchased a maxi gown and the sizing and fit were significantly off - the top was extremely oversized and the length was far shorter than advertised as “maxi.” For reference, I am 5'2. The return policy says that I need to cover shipping charges back to their warehouse in Asia, which I don't think is fair given that this is a clear issue with the product’s design and description. 0/10 would not recommend.

Item received was nothing like the item pictured on website - material, style, quality were all poor. Working with customer service is a nightmare. They will scam you. They will offer you 20% of value to not return it. Then they will say fine you can return it but you must pay to return ship starting at $35 and you must pay customs and any other fees. You also have to send it to a wharehouse in China and you will not receive your refund until they receive the item. What a scam! Do NOT buy from them - heed the warning!

Poor quality, not true to size, slow shipping, returns are self-paid shipping to Asia or a discount on your next (poor quality) purchase.
