I am a uk 10 ordered a 12-14 it took a month to arrive and it didn’t even fit my size 8 daughter

Company wanted me to pay a extortionate fee to return to china avoid at all costs

After ordering i Googled the reviews.. wish i didn’t because i actually expected the worst from these reviews. BUT i am so happy with my dresses and bag, i ordered it for a wedding and it came within a week.

I should have come here first!

The item I ordered is so badly made it’s not even remotely to the sizing they had said it was. I measured myself to the sizing table they had and it should have fit but the item I was sent is at least 5cms short in every way. They won’t refund me unless I pay a fee to send it back. I recommend not purchasing from them as it’s a waste of your time and they don’t care.

Even if it did fit the quality looks so bad. I worry that they have also been made illegally as well.

The dress I ordered looked nothing like the photos to the point of being rediculous.
The hem line was made incorrect the fabric was very cheap and had a very ugly flower print in horrible shades of brown and purple.
Plastic pearl buttons from the 1950s etc.. Hideous looking dress with holes in the waist that DO NOT appear in the pictures.
I do think I have seen a dress more hideous and more different dress than the photo.
This is false advertising
The company does not answer you back until you hammer them with emails them they offer you a 33 % refund. This is the only way they can sell there clothes.

Cheap fabric, poorly cut and made in China. Took ages to arrive. Not AT ALL worth the price.
Do not recommend.

I’m relatively confused by the all the reviews as I was expecting my dress to be nothing like what I ordered after coming in here to read reviews but it’s the complete opposite and exactly what I ordered!! Delivery took a week which isn’t too bad considering it’s shipped from China.

I spent £70, items took around 5 weeks to come, when I tried to return items I was offered 30% off my next order??? I refused and finally received a returns note only to be told I have to pay for the postage back to china which is £35.
Quality of clothes is terrible, terrible service all around

Do not buy from here! Terrible quality of clothes and I was even sent the wrong dress. Took weeks to arrive and I spent £100 on two dresses and wanted to return both but I was told it would cost me to return them and it wasn’t going to be cheap. Surely I shouldn’t be charged for their mistake! In the end all I was offered was 30 percent of my money back as the return process was awful. Do not buy from this company as they are scamming people out of money, the quality is like from shein and you won’t get your money back either. Stay away!

Echoing what others have said about this company:

1. False advertisement. The clothing items do not look, feel or resemble anything like they use to advertise their products
2. Extremely poor quality. We are talking worse than SHEIN. The material feels cheap and you are lead to believe you are purchasing from a UK company. When asking for a refund, it becomes apparent that they manufacture or purchase items from China
3. Returns process. Nowhere within the terms and conditions on their website does it state that you would have to return the items to china. The terms specify that an address would be given once you have requested a refund via their form. The lack of transparency to customers is unlawful. When the company states you would have to incur your own postage return costs, be expected to incur about a £30 shipping cost to return these items.
4. Social media. It appears that this company either renamed its online instagram or creates new accounts to give false impressions to customers. The pages and websites are misleading and implies that there is something illegal or unethical with this company

Awful quality of clothing. Returns process is sketchy....they try to convince you not to return the item to help the environment? Yet their items are clearly fast fashion. If you return... You have to post back to CHINA. yes it says this on their website (I didn't read the small print). But their site is advertised as UK and free delivery. So I didn't think to check the returns cost. Don't make the same mistake I did!

Do not buy, the pictures on the website are totally different in what you receive. The items are unwearable. I tried to return and the cost in £29 so beware so I have been scammed

Absolutely appalling customer service. Firstly, I was sent the wrong item and was told I would be charged £9.95 to return it. They refused to acknowledge the error and kept stating that I was not satisfied with my purchase.
After informing them of my consumer rights they agreed I would not have to pay the charge however failed to send any instructions on how to return the item.
On chasing they refused to accept the return and told me they have sent a replacement.
I told them multiple times that I do not want a replacement however they have ignored that and are refusing to give me a refund. Avoid!!!

I ordered several items from Olivia Mae, and the entire experience has been nothing short of a disaster. First, the items I received were completely incorrect, nothing like what I ordered. The quality was shockingly poor—cheap materials that look nothing like the images on their website. Additionally, the sizing is completely off; nothing fits true to size.

I followed their return instructions exactly, sending the items back to the return address they provided, but now they are ignoring all communication. It feels like they are purposely avoiding processing my refund. This company seems fraudulent, and I’ve unfortunately been left out of pocket for subpar products I can't even wear.

I would not recommend Olivia Mae to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

Do not buy from Olivia Mae. This website is a COMPLETE SCAM - you will receive a similar, but worse quality item compared to the photos and you have to cover the postage to Asia if you want a refund (which I’m not sure you’ll ever receive after dealing with their customer service).

101 things wrong with this company but I’ll list the main things:
1) The products pictured on the site are not the products they send. They are similar but cheaper, worse quality items that are frankly unwearable. Their customer service will not admit or acknowledge this under any circumstances.
2) You have to pay the return postage to China which will likely cost at least half the price of the item you purchased. This is indeed in their policy but it becomes wholly unfair when you want to return it because you did not receive the item you purchased.
3) Their customer service is either templated responses or people that are taught to totally and utterly ignore anything you say, do not answer any of your questions, and keep sending offers that are to the tune of keeping the item and receiving a 20% refund until you are completely ground down and give in.
4) If you are here to read reviews pre-purchase, or worse post-purchase to leave a review, report their Instagram handle and any ads you see - it’s disgusting that these companies are allowed to continue posting ads. Though I expect if shut down they will begin again under a different name.

Do not buy from here it’s from china and the quality is terrible , they do not match the pictures described on the website !
Sent parcel back in good faith refusing to refund luckily I purchased in the sale but still £90 down a warning to others !!!

Very misleading website and didn't receive the goods for 4 weeks tried to cancel wouldn't let me
Then when they come awful quality and to return is impossible without paying a fortune to send to China and cover all export costs etc

Claim they are 4.6 out of 5 on this website, they are not. they are 0 based on reading the reviews and score 1.2 only because you cannot put zero stars. Awful company. Complete scam. Dresses are not what they appear. Delivery took nearly 4 weeks. Cheap quality, poor sizing - i am a 10 and the 8-10 was enormous and the 12-14 which i ordered as some people reported them small, was actually smaller.
Not worth the money, now seeking legal action to obtain my money back as they are ASIA based even though they try and disguise this. DO NOT USE. Wish i had read the reviews before being robbed of £132.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Shocking customer service, quality of items is appealing. Delivery took 3.5 weeks to arrive. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Awful. I ordered a dress of this site and it took 3 weeks to arrive when I ordered they said it would take 5-7 days. So if your needing something for a event I wouldn't bother or factor a longer delivery. Then the dress came nothing like the photos poor quality fabric and looked so cheap. When I requested a return as I no longer needed the dress and wasn't happy with it. They make the return process very long and difficult numerous emails trying to convince me to keep the item rather than just sending the returns form. Also stock comes from China and you are expected to pay for the returns fee yourself. So that is costly. Honestly would avoid using this site.
