Where to start? Firstly I never write reviews, but in this instance I felt I needed to.
Secondly Having searched tirelessly for a part for my car, I came across Omega spare parts. Feeling a little dubious, as it was a great price, I contacted them. (I was a little worried that I might be ripped off.) How wrong was I, I spoke to Steve and he was so helpful, and understood my worries, and quickly put my mind at rest. Needless to say I ordered the part, got it delivered in double quick time.
If you need a genuine part for your car, do not hesitate to use this company. So nice to speak to such an honest man. I will definitely use Omega Spare parts again.

Absolutely superb experience with Steve…
Absolutely superb experience with Steve and his team. I was after a full suspension refresh for my transit to get it feeling brand new again. With a free weekend I contacted Steve last minute and he sorted all the correct parts out and had them with me the next day. Exceptional customer service goes a long way these days and I’ll defiantly be putting all future orders through omega spare parts

Company and staff are fantastic
Company and staff are fantastic, no inquiry or problem is two small for them.
Price for part was the best (and that was against all the usual suppliers.
It was a genuine part as well.
And the delivery was the quickest I have ever seen (literally next day and tracked as well)
I can 100% recommend to use Omega.

I can not fault this company
I ordered a genuine timing belt kit for a fiat 500, and the price was the best around, and the delivery was the fastest I have ever seen. And it's the same for there customer service, I phone up to ask a question and Steve within 5 mins had phoned me back with the answer. I can honestly say i have never had that type of response from any parts outlets. I will 100% be using Omega parts again.👍
