Replaced an old battered security boss door that lasted through multiple dog lives. Upgraded to the piano hinge version so hopefully I will be replacing flaps less often. Install is so easy with great fit and finish

New house and haven’t got to put it in yet but can’t wait from what I it’s going to be great. Have to cut opening thru concrete wall hope it goes well

Omnipaws is very good with customer service. I ordered wrong size bed and they quickly helped me with tis and when my dog ate the second bed they quickly honored the warranty. I will definitely use them again

Shipping was an outrageous price for the amount of time it took and the quality of the shipment. Over 10 business days and a stapled and taped box for $25 was a rip off... flat rate boxes are better than that. I did not need to spend over $150 to get the free shipping. $106 was plenty of money for me to spend as it was.

I ordered from your company upon recommendation from a guy who I called to fix my existing patio door screen. I had installed a less expensive door that I ordered on Amazon. It was fine until the constant swinging finally ripped the screen. Your door has a reinforcement bar on three sides and is reusable if I have to repair my screen again. My other dog door was not reusable. So far, the OmniaPaws door has worked great and is definitely more sturdy than the last door I had. My Betty, a French Bulldog/Boston Terrier mix, loves going in and out and often flies through the door if she thinks she's missing out on food. The constant flapping hasn't affected the integrity of the door at all. It was easy to train her and we both love it. I'm thankful that my screen repair person recommended you! This is a great product.

Love the dog door. Wasn't sure about the double flap but got it due to weather. Glad I did as it really seals the door and my dogs, who were used to a single flap, had no problem getting used to the double. Looks great once installed and the carpet supplied just adds that perfect touch of perfection on the look of the door installed!

OmniaPaws is a great company to order from. I have been buying from them for the last 20 years. Their doggie doors are made to order. The materials they use are strong and durable. Replacement parts are available and the instructions are easily understandable. Customer support is available and prompt.

Working with omniapaws to get these insulated dog doors was a breeze. There was a single missing piece in one hardware kit and they sent me another full hardware kit when I reached out about the missing piece. The door have worked great for my indoor/outdoor kennel set up for my training business. They heat fluctuation seem to be controlled better compared to just leaving gaping holes through the building.

The wrong door size was sent. I ordered for medium size dogs and received one for small dogs that my two corgis will bust through the screen the first time through it.

I am now in review for hopefully an exchange to the larger size but, no response from the review person as far as what’s next?

Hopefully I won’t have to return and lose money doing so.

Send it back on my dime, pay a restocking fee out of pocket and buy a new larger door? BS!

Who would think a corgi is a large dog?

AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE (OWNER) BEFORE I PLACED MY ORDER, I RECEIVED A DOOR THAT IS NOT THICK ENOUGH FOR MY WALL. I WAS SUPPPOSED TO RECEIVE ONE FOR A WALL THICKNESS BETWEEN 10" TO 16". THE ONE RECEIVED IS NOT EVEN FOR A 10" THICK WALL.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.

With a single phone call, the right 'flap' was determined, paid for, and was received promptly. I would suggest a tiny improvement to the instructions including installing the threaded inserts, but otherwise all worked very well.

Ordering from OmniaPaws was such a smart decision. I ordered the wrong size initially & was expecting a hassle to return. Far from it! I got a call from Kyle in response to my email. He was friendly & helpful. I received the return label the same day & got a refund in 4 days. My new door should arrive soon & after seeing the first one I know it’s quality will last a very long time.
