Easy to deal with. Answered all of my questions and prompt delivery.

Door came in quick . It looks and feels like it's built well. Mine didn't come with any instructions but it was easy to install. Well thats not true, I had to cut through 10 inches of cinderblock, plywood, 2x2, and drywall. Reroute electrical and calculate all that with a 3.5 drop from the inside/out. But the door itself is easy to construct. Well built, and I'm not sure how communicative you want your dog door manufacturer to be but this company seems like they care.

Sliding screen door pet door was well constructed. Delivery was timely. I need to return the support bar that I purchased, and ended up not needing. Hoping that return goes smoothly.

It’s a nice green door. I just think the corners are too sharp, where the dog goes out that if it catches her back, it could scratch her.

Very responsive and great product. Support small business!

Fast shipping and top notch product. I’ve used the cheaper brands before and I like this one a lot better. The hinge allows the flap to open nicely. The magnets do a good job of keeping the flaps in place, but not too strong for the dogs to push open easily. I installed mine through a brick wall.

Great communications when we had to swap door sizes. Kept in the loop throughout the time fabricating the new door and follow-up with and after shipping.

I have been very pleased so far with the purchasing process. Highly recommend!!

We previously bought doggie dog by Security Boss (In Wall) 9 yrs ago, with only one flap replacement. Purchased new door, as were are moving! Great customer support and received product in a timely manner. Very durable!

Found the perfect dog bed at a great price that shipped quickly!

Kyle answered all my questions and got the correct size door to us when he said he would. Very professional, helpful, and informative. We will be ordering the rest of the doors before the end of the week.

OmniaPaws customer service is one of the best we've dealt with. They are professional, easy to work with and prompt with replies to questions.

Kyle was on it every step of the process. From ordering the correct items to delivery. Great experience!

We received the ordered item quickly and are very happy with the quality.

Why did I choose Omnipaws? Multiple factors played a role. Overall the price of product, shipping, and tax is of course what gets the ball rolling. But it does not end there. The trustworthiness and reviews of the business is very important. And what I also take into consideration is the service which consists of emails, texts, phone calls, follow-up, all done with kindness and sincerity. Kyle at Omnimpaws seemed to have met all these metrics. Great Job!

I received the pet door in a timely fashion. The door system is of high quality construction

My golden loves the bed.

Great website. Easy to navigate. Bed I chose was good quality and has outlasted my 2 year old dog who destroyed every bed I bought her previously!

OmniaPaws was great to work with. Our large order arrived on time with only a couple of dents. Those two pieces were replaced very quickly and with no problems. The customer service we received was great! We highly recommend OmniaPaws!
