No one ever answered me. Omni was such a waste of my money.

Wednesday will be a month since I ordered and paid for my ring. Needless to say, I have nor received any ring yet. They keep on promising that they will look into it and give me feedback, but this too does not happen. Be carefull

Shipping experience is very poor, express shipping such as DHL/fedex should be an option. The body battery and meal detection feature are impressive as is the ring design however the AI feature is extremely slow and the biometric data isn’t very impressive compared to other rings. Things like blood sugar, blood pressure and the ability to automatically detect a run or walk would make it in a class of its own

Unable to record activity. Function is limited to after-effect activity and limited to 30min. I.e. clock start of walk time.. that's all. Would prefer an auto-detect or at least able to start an activity via app, stop whenever it's done.

I still haven't received my ring after three weeks. I didn't realize this was coming from China. would love a refund, no way to get a hold of this company

I returned the item because it didn’t fit and I have yet to receive a refund it’s been weeks! Very disappointed with this service and company will not ever shop with them again also will warn others about this service

I've been using the Omni Health Ring for a few weeks now, and I'm seriously impressed. It's lightweight, comfortable, and I forget I'm even wearing it — but the insights it provides are next-level. The sleep tracking is incredibly accurate, and I appreciate being able to monitor my heart rate, recovery, and overall wellness without wearing a bulky watch. Battery life is excellent, and the app is easy to use and super detailed.

If you're serious about your health or want to stay more in tune with your body, I highly recommend the Omni Ring. Total game-changer!

I would not recommend this ring to anybody.
It struggles with the connection to my phone everyday. It says that the battery is emty or the ring is out of range - even if it is full powered up and having the ring on my finger texting my phone.
When it suddenly do have the connection, it takes long time to see my updated sleep and so on.

So in my opinion it is a waste of money.

This ring is simply awesome. I have idea how it tracks so much data. The AI helper I have learned a lot from for both food and sleep. Heavily recommend
